front door staff is comically atrocious. you would be better off at 4100 bar down the street. at least there you would know your drinks are safe
Don't bother.
Hi mom.
I have been to this place multiple times, but after what happened recently, I will never return. My friends and I went to celebrate a birthday, and the treatment we received was beyond unacceptable.
When we approached the bouncer to ask about the guest list he immediately told us, “Oh, you are not getting in.” Completely confused, we got in line, only to be met by a girl at the door who did not even look us in the eyes and bluntly told us, “You cannot get in.” When we asked why, she turned her back on us. The bouncer then said it was because my friend “gave her a look”(which was pure nonsense, as my friend was just shocked by the rudeness).
As if that was not bad enough, we were even stopped from giving the birthday girl a hug when she came outside. The reason they gave was ridiculous: my friend had an empty cup that she was throwing out from her car. So, because she was holding an empty cup, we were not allowed to enter? Ridiculous.
One of the most frustrating parts was seeing how inconsiderate the staff was to others. A girl asked the bouncer if she could get her inhaler from her car and he said no, telling her, “You can step out to take a couple of breaths.” That was just unacceptable, especially when it involves someone’s health!
It seems like this place has gone downhill. I have heard so many similar stories from others, and it’s clear that the staff has an attitude problem. The workers at the door act like they have something to prove, and it’s honestly childish and unprofessional.
I used to enjoy coming here, but after this experience, it is clear that the place is dying, and so is the service. I will not be returning and would not recommend this establishment to anyone looking for a welcoming or enjoyable experience.
Don't waste your time driving to this place.
Not my cup of tea, although I did enjoy people watching. Best if you’re in your 20s. $50 bar minimum situation is highway robbery for what’s inside.
place is so bad. Old woman at the front with thin brows was the rudest person I’ve ever met. Had my literal passport to prove my age and she ignored me like I was a piece of garbage. Like girl you work a DOOR stop acting like you’re an A list celebrity. So rude. Never going back

Assaulted on site by bouncer. 3 punches to the head for telling the security guard not to talk to my friend the way he was talking. That night cops were called and security lied stating I spit on his face which I really wish I had. $10.000 MRI followed that night at a glendale hospital.
Owners should reach out if they have class which they don't

Racism is still alive and well at this establishment. I typically do not leave reviews for businesses and realize that their clientele likely does not care about the reviews here, but this was such an upsetting experience. I would like to post this to spare any minority who might be interested in going.
I came here last night and was told by the bouncer that there was a $50 charge to enter which would "open a tab and go towards my drinks". All the meanwhile smiling and welcoming in white men for free. As the line to pay the cover backed up, (was made up of exclusively minorities) I explained that I was driving and only really there to pick up my gf and that I did not want $50 worth of drinks, but the lady at the door didn't budge. When I realized that there was going to be no choice but to pay, I handed over my card for the bouncer to run the $50 charge. She handed me back the payment device and asked me to sign when I noticed she had selected the 20% tip option for me. I asked why that was and was confused why I would tip on the cover charge - haven not been given any service, drinks or even been admitted to the bar. To which the lady responded by kicking me out of line and refusing to hear another word from me. It has yet to appear on my statement, but Im pretty sure she charged me the $60 anyways.
