Food was cold as served and waited over 30 minutes for food to come out . I and my girlfriend ordered shrimp plates and were provided poor service , the food was cold and bland . The shrimp was old and had no flavor , the potatoes were okay , the cookie was amazing. The vegetables weren’t tasteful at all. Everything was bland and tasteless, you guys need to step it up in every aspect ; respectfully.

THE BEST Tender Greens location ever. Everyone is so kind, especially the manager, Ronnie. Shoutout to him, Juan, Roberto, and the offers. You can tell from Ronnie’s management, this location is very well managed. Lots of inside seating that’s very clean! Highly recommend.

So I started my healthy eating journey, went initially to try Cava. Saw this place across the way went in just to check it out and immediately became interested because of the Heavenly smell. Customer service is really hit or miss at Century City but this restaurant, literally the nicest people ever! Everyone was smiling and looked to be enjoying themselves at work, I love that. We were greeted amongst arriving and helped with items we weren’t sure about. Tables and bathrooms clean and the food, AMAZING! I had the baby greens, shrimp, and brown rice with the mint lemonade. And the bread, OMG the bread! I’m a bread connoisseur and this one was perfect! My boyfriend had the steak, mashed potatoes, and Mac and cheese. It was so good I went back today and I’m going back again! And nothing had changed. My boyfriend even got a burger and potatoes today, still AMAZING! They even remembered us from yesterday! Ima a sucker for great customer service and a happy tummy☺️ Officially adding this place to one of my favs!

Came in a few minutes before closing on 05/07/25 — customers were still eating and others in line to order. Staff seemed annoyed, and I felt unwelcome. A blonde-haired employee was the only one who was helpful; others appeared confused or dismissive. What made the situation worse was the behavior of the kitchen staff. I noticed them giving me unpleasant looks and speaking in a different language that made me feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. Disappointing experience — management should work on staff professionalism.

My wife loves the steak plate from here. The chicken pesto hit the spot. The Mac N' Cheese was okay. Pairing the sandwich with a side of sauteed veggies next time.
