Really nice service. Convenient to eat while shopping. Yummy vegan bowl, they call it falafel but it's more like soft chickpea patties -- moist and flavorful. Loved the very thick tomato soup. Service was great and staff very attentive. Healthy tasty alternative to fast food, for not that much more money.

Angel needs to get it together he took my order after 15 min later I when to ask him if my order was ready ? Then he gave me my order then I had to ask him can I get a bag ?then he gave me a bag then I had to ask him can I get a fork like how am I supposed to eat my food? I told him wow no bag no napkins and to fork I have to ask for it all smh. Not great customer service

The service was good. The food was warmed up frozen dinner quality. Everything was dried out. The table we sat at was next to the exit, which had an air curtain that turned on every time the door opened.

Tender Green is great- it's kind of like Urban Plates if you've been there. Plenty of fresh proteins to choose from like grilled steak, salt and pepper chicken, chipotle chicken, fried chicken, salmon etc. and plenty of vegetable and salad options. Personally I stick to their plates. That's probably the best value and what they are known for.Their mashed potatoes are butter heaven. I'm also a fan of their chicken soup. More recently I tried the fried chicken sandwich and everything about it was amazing except for the bread- the bread was brick hard and did not compliment the rest of the ingredients. Chicken and slaw in the sandwich were solid though, it did have a kick it too.

The good: I came today during the LA marathon so I wanted a place that wasn't crowded. This place was quick and I didn't have a line. I tried a Cobb salad, plate with two sides and a pineapple Agua Fresca. For the plate I got peppered chicken and a side of wedge potatoes and macaroni and cheese. I liked how the cheese used in the mac and cheese was white. The chicken was pretty tender. The salad was flavorful. Both plates came with a slice of seasoned and toasty bread. The agua Fresca was great because it was light and not too sweet like most places make it. They have indoor and covered outdoor seating and are located on the second floor of the outdoor mall. The menu has options for bowls as well. You order at a counter and get a number to put on your table. They bring the food out for you and they came by the tables to offer drink refills. The bad: The macaroni was a bit over cooked. My husband would've preferred less dressing in the salad. The chicken pieces in the plate were random because some were end pieces with lots of pepper and some were middle pieces with no pepper at all. The interesting: Many of the bowls were over 1000 calories.

The first time there, the food was okay, the service was good. The atmosphere, not so good.
They totally messed up my order and I ordered 3 meals only the Mac and cheese wasn't messed up and covered in carrots. Also the chicken wasnt cooked fully and had some pink uncooked parts. I shoud have checked my food before I left the restaurant.Never going back to this location again.

I came in on Tuesday, March 12, 2024. I had an especially positive experience thanks to a storefront employee named Louis. He was super friendly, awesome, & had great customer service skills. I would definitely come again to this specific location, not to mention the food was very delicious!

My husband and I have been coming to this place for some time now. We always enjoy the food but the one thing that stands out to us during EVERY visit is Roberto, the gentleman who helps clear the tables. He is always very friendly, courteous, and pleasant. He seems happy and content there and takes pride in what he does.

This place is inside the mall! So it is always busy no matter what time of the day it is. I will definitely order ahead or put it on the app as I waited almost 40 minutes for my food! OK here is actively good. It is on the healthier side definitely more pricing of the usual fast food. There is a lot of seating. There is also an outdoor patio as well.
