Substantially underwhelmed. Several of us went here ahead of attending a play at the Geffen nearby. At 5 p.m. on a Sunday it was virtually empty, which surprised me. Having read the entire menu online before coming in, as I try to always do to save time deciding on my choice while others might be lined up behind me, I spotted what looked like some good entries, and went for the Thai bowl with grilled shrimp. Nope. A couple menu ingredients were not there at all, but my big complaint was that the green papaya salad mix--fully half the meal--was so spicy that it was literally inedible. There is NOTHING to indicate this on the menu, and don't say that is to be expected with Thai food since I eat it at least every two weeks and all other menus are marked accordingly. I looked around the barren restaurant for additional condiments like soy sauce to put on the rice, and saw none anywhere out in public view. Ditto extra napkins other than the single rolled one that came with silverware. The others seemed satisfied with their meals so I assume mine was the only outlier.

I’ve been to a few and although I try to order different things on the menu… must of which sound and look good, I keep coming back to the Tuna Niçoise Salad which I absolutely love! Quick service, clean… good food!

Wow! We have not been to Tender Greens in over 10 years and so happy we decided to go tonight. We were so impressed with the staff, they were very accomodating, friendly, answered all of our questions and genuinely seemed happy to be at work! What more can you ask for? Attached you will see pictures of what we ordered, everything was SOOO good with exception of the Chipotle Barbecue Chicken Salad, it tasted kind of plain, I felt like it needed to be spiced up with something....maybe some sundried tomatoes or artichoke, I don't know. Everything else was delicious and we would order each of the items again! I am a registered dietitian, great to see they have so many healthy options. As far as amibiance, I loved the dim lights and spacious seating, such a nice vibe. Perfect spot for a Friday night quick eat! We will be back for sure!

Food was good, but I saw something that really upset me. The tender greens worker was arguing with a food delivery person because he might got the wrong bag. They young tender green workee called the delivey guy "AUTISTIC"to everyone around to hear. That is a big NO to me, He was rude with the delivery person and all people that is the spectrum. I talked to delivery guy and he was upset and said that kind of reaction is commom there. Remember that during COVID they delivery people were key to keep the restaurant open. Not sure if I am coming back anytime soon.

This is my second time ordering from Tender Greens in Westwood. The food is amazingly delicious. Today, I ordered a few minutes before they opened for a pickup order. I ordered lunch and dinner for the family. I ordered grilled salmon, rustic chicken soup, 6- chocolate chip cookies, a family meal of steak, mashed potatoes, and seasonal vegetables.. also, ordered Hibiscus teas. The tea is awesome!! No sweeter needed. Had the salmon for myself it was cooked just right and flaky. My mom had the chicken soup she loved it!! Review on dinner items later, but large portions, everything looked great, and the aroma smelled yummy!! The chocolate chip cookies could be baked 2.5 minutes less. The staff was pleasant and efficient. I highly recommend it. The morning supervisor or manager he was very helpful in making sure I could carry my items by dividing them into two separate bags . Thanks !!!

This place is absolutely amazing and the best part about it is Lucas. He is absolutely the best manager I've ever seen this place used to be in shambles prior to him taking over. He always makes sure everything is going smooth and I always have my order on time. Every time I come here he's working harder than hard and is never slapping off which I think is very important for the stores consistent ability to produce a high level.

This is the worst service of all time. The person at the counter screwed up or order, you can’t even see in the place because the lights are too dim, you can’t tell what food is fat or chicken, and finally we didn’t get our food for 40 MINUTES we were starving. DO NOT COME HERE THERE ARE MUCH BETTER OPTIONS, heck I would rather go to Taco Bell.

I asked for a receipt and they couldn’t print me one. I find it really hard to believe they can’t print me a receipt. When I spoke to someone else for one he read me the wrong order. Not sure if the management is training their staff properly. Then the person said I’ll bring the receipt to you later to just write me off. Never got it.

Don't be fooled by the name - it's waaaaaay more than salad! Had a "Pacific Bowl" that was sushi rice with grilled salmon and a side of the freshest salad greens you'll ever eat at a fast-casual restaurant. Ordered at the counter and then chose a table to sit at. There's a lot of space and a lot of variety of tables in this location - window seating, sunroom, booths, tables, high tops. Saw some customers working on laptops and traditional diners just eating their meals. Fountain drinks have unlimited refills, so you can hangout there. The meal arrived about 5 minutes after I sat down - it was quick service!Looking forward to trying other options on their menu, which range from steak to hummus. There's something for everyone, meat-lovers, vegans, even house-made desserts.
