Place has gone downhill. Also, too expensive! Better off at Tepeyac on evergreen.

Found this place on Google, they don't have many vegetarian options, but they did take their time and made a custom vegetarian burrito that was perfect. Will definitely come back. The owner was here and he made sure everything was vegetarian and was super friendly. The place is clean, was authentically designed, and a joy to eat at.
Mediocre, small portions and kinda pricey for what you get. The highlight here is the Birria, only served Saturday and Sunday. Other than that I don’t recommend. $16 for a small plate of two enchiladas that were ok. and that’s the lunch special.
Restaurant has been here for over 40 years, food was delicious, and you might get a visit from Teresita herself while dining.
Food is always delicious!
Cozy environment with friendly smiles from staff.
Teresitas is a Los Angeles treasure. You owe it to yourself to have at least one meal here. Don't let the "ELA" location scare you off. It's only 10 minutes east of Downtown, in a safe neighborhood, with ample parking. The enchiladas combo plate and the (Friday only) Espinazo are my favorites.
Bonus: Breakfast is served all day ? You can also enjoy beer, even a Michelada. ?
