Tev’s & Family Kitchen serves some of the best, if not the best, Jamaican food in Los Angeles. The food is made with love and gods blessings. The oxtails were incredible, super tender, rich, and full of flavor. The chicken wings, jerk chicken, curry chicken, ribeye strips, and short ribs are also popular choices. Sides like the mac and cheese, cabbage, garlic mash potatoes, plantains, and rice and peas are impressive. The mac and cheese is gooey, creamy, and feels like a warm hug. The cabbage is perfectly spicy. The portions are generous, you can't beat the price, and you definitely get your money’s worth. The restaurant gets busy, but it is absolutely worth it. Parking is difficult but you'll find it. The diversity of people in the restaurant is loved, with so many different cultures coming to share a meal. Good food brings people together.
