we ordered our food on doordash at 5 but forgot something so we did a second order a few minutes after. it said they both would be ready at 5:45. We went to pick it up and the second order was ready but not the first. i sat and waited for 40 minutes and finally asked them what was up. they were confused and had to check the receipts and realized they had missed my first order. they said give them 5 minutes, after 15 minutes still nothing so i asked again. they finally gave it to me, they did not once apologize for their mistake or give us a discount. i normally do not write reviews but this pissed me off that they didn’t even apologize. we also noted that there was a black pepper and they did not honor that and put black pepper on the dish. so one of the people in the party was not able to eat.

The waitress didn’t ask any of us what we wanted to order except my husband. Please be sure to ask every individual what they want to order. Just because they are men doesn’t mean you’ll get a better tip. I control the amount. So, for the future ask every person what they want to eat. 10/04/2025

Thai Coconut – Amazing Flavors & Warm Hospitality
I recently dined at Thai Coconut and was absolutely impressed. The Panang curry was rich and velvety, with just the right balance of sweet, spicy, and creamy coconut—each bite bursting with depth and warmth. The Pad See Ew noodles were perfectly stir-fried: wide rice noodles with crisp greens and tender strips of protein, seasoned beautifully so every mouthful was satisfying and well-balanced. And let’s not forget the Thai iced tea—cool, smooth, and just sweet enough, it paired perfectly with the meal and rounded things off on a refreshing note.
Beyond the food, the atmosphere was welcoming and relaxed, with friendly staff who made us feel right at home. Whether it’s your first visit or you’re looking for a delicious Thai fix, Thai Coconut delivers in both flavor and experience. Highly recommended!

I will say it was some very delicious food. I was pretty upset to get home with my take out and find my curry had seeped through the Togo bag and spilled all over my car, though. I can tell it was a genuine mistake, they did also put the container inside a plastic bag, but the lid wasn’t properly closed and, unfortunately for me, the plastic bag had a huge split right at the bottom. Not only did I lose most of the sauce from the curry, but now I need to go and clean my car. I would suggest you check your takeout before trusting it. Posting this in the hopes that the restaurant reaches out, I would definitely change the review.

My go to local delivery spot for lazy nights. The chicken satay and pad thai with thai iced tea are what I usually get, and they're each very good. The other dishes I've tried have been delicious too- the papaya salad is spicy and fresh. They also have lunchtime deals- give them a try next time you're hungry in eagle rock !

It's one of the better Thai places here. Food was a little too sweet for us, but good otherwise.

Honestly… every single thing we ordered was pretty badly made even for the low standards of Eagle Rock Thai food. We ordered beef pad see ew, pineapple fried rice, and tom kha kai. For 3 dinner entrees, out the door at $57 inc. tax and tip.
Each one was poorly prepared in the way a home cook new to cooking might make it. Starting with pad see ew, the noodles were stale and poorly tossed so we got fat clumps of uncooked noodles and not a single noodle was longer than an inch. For $18, you would expect there to be more than 4 pieces of meat. You would be wrong.
The pineapple fried rice was also clumpy with big balls of unmixed and unseasoned gummy white rice. The whole thing was overcooked and then for some strange reason, they out pre-ground black pepper over the top so it looked and tasted like someone put tasteless dirt for garnish.
Lastly, tom kha was actually pretty good. Room temperature but properly spiced. Again, you’re looking at $18-$19 at this so for a pick up order, you’re paying DoorDash prices for DoorDash quality.
This was a memorably bad meal and I regret going here.

My new favorite spot. Very welcoming environment, & the owner P'Nancy is just a doll. She really takes the time out to introduce herself to new faces and is always big smiles.
