Placed a phone order the young female got my order wrong told her several times what i wantee. I called to let them know and she argued with me. They called back and agreed to replace the food. Got to the restaurant and they started dissecting the food is brought back to add to correct order. Terrible. Will be the last time here. Editing because they made it right and have been kind. The food is delicious

First I ordered a chicken mushroom soup. The soup tasted extremely sweet as if the chef forgot to include the lemon grass and the salt.
Second, the offer to buy one get one free Thai tea was was false advertisement because I only got one.
I don’t recommend this restaurant because this is not the only time my food has not met the basic expectations. Perhaps one mistake can be forgiven but after a second time, it is not acceptable.

Food was super bland. No basil in the curry. Tasteless and no spice. Pad see ew was bland, no peanuts, soggy broccoli and flavorless sauce.

Horrible service and embarrassing portions. On the menu it shows 2 spring rolls cut in half, but after ordering we received 2 spring rolls cut in half. A complete rip off for 11 dollars. Do not come here. Go to sticky rice or sanamluang where you get actual portions. This was shameful. What a crazy dish to be cheap on, it’s vegetables, a tiny slice of tofu wrapped in spring roll, LMAO

I don’t want to leave 1 star review just because I can’t tolerate very spicy food ,but when someone’s saying make it please not spicy it means NOT spicy.. people might have stomach issues and can’t eat spicy and it’s lazy of you guys to just ignore it.. I’ve been eating in your restaurant for 4 years now and every time I ask for not spicy or mild ( not extra spicy mild )but actually mild!!, every time it gets ignored … if next time it’ll get ignored again I will have to stop coming to your restaurant and you guys will lose a regular customer.
The food is tasty, but the meat or seafood plates are very skimpy for the price. It is hit or miss with customer service. I usually love the chow kee Mao, but too often the duck tastes old and reheated

Hands down the best Thai food around the area. Staff is really cool and nice, someone else complained about their staff but I’ve been coming here for about 2 years and have yet to see any type of disrespect. Also their Coconut noodle soup is on another level ! 10/10

Formal Complaint Regarding Unprofessional and Disrespectful Service
Dear Thai Eagle Rox Owners!
I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with the consistently poor service I have experienced at your establishment. Unfortunately, my recent visit highlighted several unprofessional behaviors that I cannot overlook.
Firstly, the staff’s attitude towards customers is appalling. The employees, including the individual who claimed to be the manager, were rude, disrespectful, and ill-mannered. Their behavior was unacceptable and left me feeling deeply disappointed. If the manager, who should set an example of professionalism, behaves this way, it raises serious concerns about the overall culture and training at your restaurant.
Moreover, every time I have visited, orders have been excessively delayed—sometimes by over an hour—with no apologies or efforts to make amends. Instead of taking responsibility or showing any courtesy, the staff acted as though such delays are normal. This level of disregard for customers’ time and satisfaction is entirely unacceptable.
To make matters worse, during my most recent visit, when I asked for a complaint book, I was informed that none was available. When I requested to speak with the manager, the individual who had been yelling at me claimed to hold that role. Such unprofessional conduct is shocking, to say the least.
This pattern of poor service is not an isolated incident. Many of my friends and acquaintances have had similar negative experiences at your restaurant, and your employees’ treatment of delivery drivers is equally disheartening. On one occasion, I personally witnessed a delivery woman being insulted by your staff.
Restaurants thrive on customer satisfaction and positive experiences. Unfortunately, your establishment fails in these essential aspects. Until drastic improvements are made in your customer service standards, staff training, and overall professionalism, I will not recommend your restaurant to anyone, as I wouldn’t want them to endure the same frustration and disappointment.
I strongly urge you to address these issues immediately to prevent further damage to your reputation. Your staff needs proper training in customer service, and management should enforce accountability for their behavior.
I hope this complaint is taken seriously and that necessary changes are implemented promptly.

Great food. Delicious. just didn't have fresh peppers. What thai restaurant doesn't have fresh red peppers.
This place is amazing!! My friend and I had the crab ragoons and they were the best id ever had then we tried the salad and all 4 of us said omg this is amazing too. Then the same with egg rolls, cabbage soup, and our dinner plates! We came to the area to go to sticky rice but it was under construction so we came here instead and this is 100% our new Thai place.

I never learn to stop coming here because they’re so cheap with how much they give you! I usually order paid Thai with chicken and I got beef this time and literally 5 pieces?!! $17 when it says it was $12 common man :-( I have read other reviews and it’s the same thing so I had to hop on the train of people complaining about the same exact thing !!
