Pulled up to find a urine-drenched transient taking up the tables outside and people avoiding the area. It was revolting and no one seemed to make an effort to clear the area. Won’t try this place again

Ordered double toasted bagel with butter and jelly. Not toasted well, sparse on jelly. Tasted like a real bagel, but not as chewy.

The bagel was decent but wish I had known they had no meat - only fish (apparently fish is not a meat). Drove 1/2 an hour to get to this place so was disappointed to not have my BEC. I think they should publish that on their menu, door, website etc. - but I think they intentionally do not for fear of losing customers.

Won't be going back $2.00 for this cream cheese! This a is a f------ salsa container! I probably should of asked for cream cheese on it already. I'll make sure I scrape up every last bit of it to get my $2.00 worth.

Just on the phone giving our order (yes a little complicated and a little long). At the end, as the gentleman was confirming the details, he gets flustered and says they're too busy and to just come in an order. Wasted both our times. Guess they're too good for our business now (even though we've been coming for years for the good quality food).

Made fresh daily, the bagels here are incredible! The homemade cream cheese is so good and the breakfast sandwich was really, really good. The staff was also so efficient, and even though we ordered a relatively larger order, it only took a few minutes for us to get our food.
