So this was my first sea food boil and it was scrumptious! I devoured every last bit. I poured the boil on the table for the full experience and im glad I did it was so much fun! I would love to come again. (Picture of the aftermath)

The food is exactly as I expected; messy seafood you eat with your hands. Went here Sunday night for an anniversary dinner (in retrospect, an odd choice) as it was close-ish to the Getty. The food was alright, I got spicy shrimp and crawfish, my fiancé got medium spice mussels, crawfish, and shrimp. We both got the additional corn and potatoes. The real reason for the 5 star was our waiter Blake. Blake took the time to show us how to shell a crawfish and was very accommodating and helpful. Thank you, Blake!

the WORST experience. P was the worst waiter ever, brought us cold fries, never brought us any ranch or ketchup when we requested multjple times or spoons for the rice until the end. We were sat by the exit. My friend & I decided to leave the table to wash our hands, mind u the restroom is on the other side of the restaurant from the exit. As I was coming out the restroom, i heard him tell his coworkers that he was watching us, waiting for us to come out the restroom because we were gonna “dine & dash”. for him to assume that is CRAZY when the restroom was on the whole the other side.

The food came out hot 🔥. I wish they would have told me (before ordering) that they only have shrimps with the head on. I normally order shrimp with the heads off. This time they didn't give me the option. Service was mediocre. I was told our server went on break , so the service was not as we expected. I probably would not return to this location because it was too much confusion.

We were served by a waitress by the name of “Donettela”. We were seated with my family and while we were ordering my boyfriend wanted to order 2 pounds of blue crab. As we were ordering the waitress had mentioned that the 2 pounds of blue crab would consist of 4 mini crabs. A little while after, he recieved his crab but was only given 2 mini crabs. He didn’t complain about it and was fine with the 2 crabs but he did not want to get charged for the 2 pounds when he was only given 1. When telling our waitress NICELY about our issue she rolled her eyes and took the bag and walked away, once she came back she told him there were two crabs in the bag after we had already explained that to her. A little after me and my boyfriend had walked away from the table to find our keys. We came back to our family telling us about how she said “the boyfriends had some attitude” and “she can do way better”. All in all the costumer service was a terrible experience. The staff was rude and impatient with us and did not check up on us or refill our drinks the whole time we were there. I do not recommend this location.
Disappointed is an understatement. I visited The Boiling Crab expecting a solid seafood experience, but it was hit or miss…heavy on the miss. The shrimp was the only thing that came close to enjoyable. The clams? Completely off mushy and unappetizing, but didn’t complain. But the biggest letdown was the lobster. Parts of it were hard and chewy like rubber, while other parts were so uncooked soft and black juices came out of it.. we did not touch it because we did not want to get sick, we told the manager it was NO apology he just left and never came back …the waiter came back and they took 50% off the lobster.. this whole situation made me feel uncomfortable…For the price, I expected way better. I left full… of regret…

The new sha-bang shrimp roll absolutely excellent. Hawaiian bun soooo good. But it's very small; smaller than the advertised picture. I could easily eat two. The cajun fries are just okay, nothing special.
Sha-bang shrimp plate also delicious.
My friend got a seafood boil with the whole she-bang (all sauces) and the sauces mixed tasted incredible. Excellent sausage too.
