When I ordered i was told 20 minutes, after 30 minutes she said they were almost done. Finally received the food after an hour and its not good. The eggs and grits are bland the French toast is soggy.

I was there on Saturday may 3 for the first time. I ordered salmon croquette and a burrito. I was told thirty minutes. I waited 30 minutes then asked about my order. I was told the cook was working on it. Then I noticed people that were in line behind me got there orders. So I asked again and was told they were bagging it. I waited a little longer and was told I will check on it. I overheard the cook saying I don’t have that order. The lady told me they are cooking it. Then the cook comes out to say they don’t have the wrap for the burrito and is now 1.5 after my initial order. The cook was very rude and condescending. Then the cook tells the other lady to refund my money. The result is after 1.5 hours waiting I left with no food and a promise to refund my money. This place does not understand good customer service. They will be rude and condescending to you if you complain about something especially the wait even if it is there fault.

I went there 2 weeks ago with my sister. It was sooo good. They have salmon croquettes. So yummy. It's the perfect menu. Staff was really nice and they have a small patio in the back. So nice.

Ok so I was looking for biscuits and gravy, but got the breakfast burrito. And let me tell you, it was so good. And I ate it while driving, totally manageable but at the same time filling too. Everything was cooked perfectly. I support my fellow Americans businesses. This place? I'll be back for sure. Stop by and give it a try. It isn't fast food so relax, nothing worth having is easy to come by.

Had the breakfast burrito with hot links as the protein and loved it! It took about 10 minutes to get my food. The staff was very personable and included hot sauce in my to go bag without me having to ask, which I greatly appreciated. I found street parking pretty easily, but I’m not sure if that’s because I was going in the middle of a weekday morning. I believe they have patio seating if you want to eat there. I will definitely be going back.

I've been floating past this place for a while, and I will see a line out front saying to myself, "That place must have some good food." Well, I guess I FAAFO today. I called my order in, and even in the rush and not having a menu item in stock, the customer service was awesome. I ordered two salmon croquet breakfast sandwiches, French toast breakfast w bacon, and a shrimp omelet. I never added a side, so the beautiful young lady that was cooking added some Cajun grits as the side. Which was cool. The food was delicious and seasoned well. It reminded me of my grandmother's breakfast on the weekends. The establishment doesn't do "fast food," so it would be a good idea to attempt to call in your order and pick it up somewhere between 25-35 minutes later. I will most definitely stop in again to explore the other menu items that is in alignment with my current diet. I will be back, and I can't wait, but I have to.

Thank you Breakfast Shack cook for the delicious food.

This place is the bomb. I was looking for a breakfast place near USC but read the reviews for The Breakfast Shack which was 3 miles away instead, and had to try it.

I got the breakfast sandwich with the pork patty and hash browns, and life everyone else said, the food bursts with flavor. I didn’t even have to add ketchup to the hash like you do at other places. I did add jam to the sandwich but that’s as matter of taste, the way some people like maple syrup with their sausage. Everything was great. And the patio makes the outside world fade away.

I don’t live or work anywhere near here but I’ll definitely come back, especially to try some of the other gems, like the French toast.

Well worth the wait! Food was brought to our table. I ordered the Florence Special. Eggs, Bacon, Pancakes, the pancakes made my mouth water. I have not had pancakes this good, I will be coming back for those specifically.

The eating area was nice, clean with protection from the sun. Limited seating , but it seems most people take it to go. My wife and I loved it here.

It is conveniently located next to a gas station. My least favorite part was the parking. However if you are a local you know you can't go to a small business and expect there to be parking.

Wheelchair accessibility: If you are in a wheelchair you can order directly in front. To go to the seating area depends of the width of your wheelchair.

Food was mid....they burned my bacon vs cooking it well done/crispy and it's overpriced if you ask me for a place you can't even sit down and eat in. 18$ 2 eggs bacon and hashbrown that were "seasoned".
