I've been floating past this place for a while, and I will see a line out front saying to myself, "That place must have some good food." Well, I guess I FAAFO today. I called my order in, and even in the rush and not having a menu item in stock, the customer service was awesome. I ordered two salmon croquet breakfast sandwiches, French toast breakfast w bacon, and a shrimp omelet. I never added a side, so the beautiful young lady that was cooking added some Cajun...
This place is the bomb. I was looking for a breakfast place near USC but read the reviews for The Breakfast Shack which was 3 miles away instead, and had to try it.
I got the breakfast sandwich with the pork patty and hash browns, and life everyone else said, the food bursts with flavor. I didn’t even have to add ketchup to the hash like you do at other places. I did add jam to the sandwich but that’s as matter of taste, the way some people like maple syrup...

Well worth the wait! Food was brought to our table. I ordered the Florence Special. Eggs, Bacon, Pancakes, the pancakes made my mouth water. I have not had pancakes this good, I will be coming back for those specifically.
The eating area was nice, clean with protection from the sun. Limited seating , but it seems most people take it to go. My wife and I loved it here.
