Terrible service the people that work there act like they don’t want to take your order and they take a long time just to get your order out and on top of that terrible attitudes don’t how to give good customer service.

I got 10 piece combo. Took over 7 minutes to get help at the counter.
Chicken was too well over cooked. Took 45 plus minutes for order to be ready..I won't visit this location again.

Came to Buffalo spot while in Los Angeles.
Went in and a very helpful young lady recommended me some dinner.
Got myself buffalo chicken on fries.
Got the chipotle sauce on half, and pineapple jalapeno on the other half. Fries were fresh, chicken was delicious.

The service here is terrible. The workers don’t want to be there and they definitely don’t want you there. It took way too long for someone to help me and when he finally came out he had a funky little attitude, his headphones on, and his shirt wasn’t even on fully on. How pathetic!!

All I can say is the employees are amazing. They deserve a raise as hard as they are working 💪.

Watch your receipts. First they tried to convince me that 18.00 (posted price) plus tax was $21.03. When I told them it wasn't they said, ",Well, the price in the system is $19.80 and we just work here" I tooku business to Wing Stop.'

The service was very disrespectful, playing a lot of rap music that had a lot of cussing in it and I feel that's very unprofessional. I will not come back here. I will not have my family come back

Had a fantastic dining experience at The Buffalo Spot recently. The food was delicious, but what truly impressed me was the exceptional service provided by a young man named Terry. He was friendly, helpful, and incredibly knowledgeable about the menu. Terry's attentiveness and genuine enthusiasm made our dining experience even more enjoyable. I highly recommend The Buffalo Spot for anyone looking for great food and outstanding service!

I went to this place last night with my family, my children, the person who was serving me honestly didn't treat me well because I'm Latina, he kicked me, he didn't even let me eat in the place, he looked at me badly, the truth is, I felt very bad, it was very racist. because the food is very delicious, it's a shame that there are people with discrimination and xenophobia

I need to use the bathroom ? and they have it lock so costumer's can use it every restaurant should have open bathrooms

The food is very enjoyable, they have a very unique take on milkshakes. The fries, chicken, and milkshakes, this is the type of business I support. Mr Jason F, a cashier that I've seen on several occasions is very kind and very enthusiastic. I appreciate the team that works here, they have a very noble job.
