The food is very enjoyable, they have a very unique take on milkshakes. The fries, chicken, and milkshakes, this is the type of business I support. Mr Jason F, a cashier that I've seen on several occasions is very kind and very enthusiastic. I appreciate the team that works here, they have a very noble job.

I ordered wings here and to my disappointment when I open the bag and the wings look like they came from baby chick freshly hatched ! This is a picture in comparison to a ketchup packet

This food is horrible. We ordered some chicken fingers with lemon pepper sauce and Buffalo sauce. The chicken was soggy, yet the sauce wasn't evenly distributed across the chicken. It's as if the food was microwaved with sauce added to it. Do not eat here if you want some good ole classic Buffalo and lemon pepper crispy chicken. You might as well just order microwave TV dinner

Where’s the Atmosphere was off as in they did not make you feel welcome into the establishment. Also they skimping on they meet because they too lazy to make more it seems like everyone in there has an attitude i would recommend Buffalo Spot just not Slauson and Crenshaw any other one but

I discovered this place on yelp and the pictures that other people were posting looked really amusing. When I came here I thought that the buffalo fries were gonna be delicious. Since the pictures looked so appealing, I decided to get the large... biggest mistake. On my first bite, I was disgusted and disappointed (with the chicken). The only reason why I'm not giving it one star is because the fries themselves were actually pretty cool so I'll give them credit for that. Overall I was really disappointed with my experience, not worth the $15+. I believe in one of the pictures I saw mango habanero chicken, maybe I should've got that instead.:(

Food was horrible, very greasy food and was charged $16 for a medium Buffalo fries and there was barely anything in the PLASTIC container!

Great Burgers...I'll pass on the chicken. Their hearts is not in it. Based on reviews of my people, if rather not endure disappointment

The food is good but the service is terrible. It never fails. Every time I order on Uber eats they always forget something. If it's not something I actually paid for it's always the fork or the straw. Then when you call the restaurant you can't get any resolution. It's best if you can physically go to the restaurant and check your bag before driving away.

This spot is straight on Fire...I mean its the bomb! Buffalo wrap with the chipotle sauce is what I was recommended and I ended up ordering one more togo. I was pleasantly surprised with the ample amount of the chicken inside the wrap and the veggies were also fresh and crispy. I will be coming back for their world famous Buffalo fries.

This was my first time ever at "The Buffalo Spot" so I have nothing to compare it against. I ordered in the restaurant. My order came to $59.79 and consisted of the following: 1. A wing pack. 15 boneless, 15 bone-in and fries. 2. Their signature item the "Buffalo fries" 3. Two drinks.4. A prepackaged price of strawberry cake** (I asked for a side salad and was told they were out)The boneless wings, we're pretty good. But not crunchy at all. Thankfully I don't like mine too crunchy. The flavors I got on the boneless were Cajun and Jamaican J*** both very tasty. The fries were decent. The famous Buffalo Fries were not. They were poorly executed and packaged with no care. Sauce all over the outside of the container.. My two biggest qualms with this spot was the bone in wings, and the service. The wings I was served were freezer dried, unseasoned and not cooked evenly. Parts were so burnt it was not edible. Then some of the wings were damn near raw, and still pink. The worst part of all, the service. When I first walked in, I stood at the counter with no other customers in the place, and waited 5 minutes for someone to come to the front to take my order, despite one guy mixing the chicken for a to-go order (which I only know because he had to yell it out for a someone to come upfront to take my order). Enter the cashier "Araceli" not only was she slow moving, she had a horrible attitude, and didn't know the menu very well. She was rude at any questions that I had, and never answered them, just sighed, mumbled and rolled her eyes. I had to walk away, and probably should have just left. But I let my husband finish the order and pay. She took a break right after we sat down, and sat directly behind us, and proceeded to get on her phone and carry on a very personal and loud conversation. By the time her 15 minute break was over, we still hadn't received our order. The wait was approximately 25 minutes. When our food did come it was like I stated previously, sloppy, and not we executed. The cook that was preparing the food, had a chest length beard, with no beard net, gloves or hair nets. In fact none of the workers had any type of sanitary PPE on. Overall very disappointing, and I will not return to the restaurant. There are simply way too many Wing & Fry options to settle for this type of service and poorly prepared food. If I was the owner, I'd pay more attention to that night crew as they are not doing a very good job at all.
