This Centurion Suite has degraded instead of improved in the past two years! Last year, they changed the seating arrangement and the fans overwhelmingly loved the way the seating was in previous years. Last season, an AMEX Centurion or Platinum card member used to bring in up to THREE additional guests, and each guest received TWO complimentary drinks. This season, a Centurion/Platinum member can only bring in ONE guest, and now the card member is the ONLY one who receives two complimentary drinks. Complimentary drinks are no longer provided to their guest. The ONLY thing still great about the Centurion Suite is “Latisha” (the friendly server) waiting on all the tables/counters who continues to be AMAZING, friendly, courteous, and most hospitable. Scott is the BEST bartender in the entire arena! We love sitting bar-side when Scott’s working because he’s funny, efficient, and he makes awesome drinks!!! We used to hangout in the lounge much longer, but now it’s grab a quick bite and drink then split! Our season ticket arena seats are much better than any of the seats available at the Centurion Suite. AMEX & Crypto.com Arena, if you make any additional changes next year, please speak to your guests! Get some input as to what we’d like so that you can improve your lounge instead of regressing the opposite way…

This review is based on atmosphere. The service is awesome by here and food is great. Problem is it’s too packed and hard to find seats. They should lower the maximum capacity.

Surprisingly, there are many Amex Platinum holders. Buy a $30-$40 ticket and drink two cocktails here (two free). No, it's a benefit...

Showed up 1.5 hours prior to the game almost 3 or 4 times now and every single time you show up, it’s already closed. What’s the point of having a lounge if you force people to leave their homes 1.5 hours early just to find out they don’t have any spots left. Literally such disgrace to Amex and having a platinum card.

First, they do a terrible job explaining when doors open: 90 mins before, not 2 like other premium lounges or whatever. Second, the Amex entryway makes it harder to get a table, because it’s around the corner from the actual entrance. Use the DRLA bar one. Of course then there’s a huge line there, because it’s for all the suites, like the Yaamavaa one. The lounge itself is tiny and cramped and has nothing like enough tables or seats. Every part of this was terrible and made the gameday experience vastly worse.

This was the worst experience! Paid $50 for it !!American Express lounge in LA while heading to Italy. The food was horrible! The worst! Dried up pan seared chicken (ugh) over-cooked veggies and cold pastas to salty Caesar salad. Cookies were ok! My hasband got in free because of his card but could not have his wife!! I had to pay $50 that I am very angry about it because there was nothing to eat except bad and unhealthy food! Ugh
Very comfortable space, great for when we had a long layover in LAX! Everything was very clean and organized.Food tastes great, lots of variety to choose from and the bartender made great drinks!
The Best service provide by Amex @ Los Angeles airport(LAX). Reception staff & all other Staff are very helpful and they keep this location vibrant & clean.Everything high standard & welcoming.

This was my first time checking out the suite at a game. The doors were easily marked to enter near the lounge. You have to have your platinum card or better to access the suite. The hostess downstairs gave me a wristband and I went on my way. Getting to the lounge wasn't difficult but you could get lost because there are a few lounges upstairs and the premium seats. They were offering 2 free drinks that night the choice was anything on the menu. The view of the game is pretty good too but I had premier seats which were a little better. Apparently the lounge gets to capacity quick after doors open.
Excellent experience at the centurion lounge. Not an extensive menu but food and service was good. Only recommendation is make sure you get there EARLY.
Healthy to go with 365begin nut bar
