Whether you’re craving a juicy burger, a fresh salad, comforting pasta, or something more exotic like their famous Thai Lettuce Wraps, the food is consistently delicious and beautifully presented. Of course, the highlight is their legendary cheesecake selection. With flavors like Original, Oreo Dream Extreme, and White Chocolate Raspberry Truffle, dessert here is nothing short of divine.

The outdoor patio is a fantastic spot to enjoy your meal, especially in the evening when The Grove’s lights create a magical backdrop. It’s the perfect place for a date night, a family dinner, or a meal with friends.

The food is ok. I had the chicken Marsala. I liked it. The iced tea was fine. My friend loves this chain. I think it’s meh.

The service was awful. The guy was nice but he was chatting far too long with another person that was watching a laker game with him lol. So we got our food after a long time. He also forgot my iced tea. Pretty sad.

You can park in the structure.

The restaurant was really nice. The atmosphere was good the service was good at the table. The drinks were not so good, way too much liquor for a lunch hour drink which technically ruined the drink. The servers looked like they were done for the day and the restaurant had only been open a couple of hours, three maybe. We ordered dessert after leaving the table and that's where you wait and wait. The cheesecake was quite delicious I must add. All in all the four stars are because of the drinks and the long wait time for the dessert to go.

This place is the CVS of restaurants LOL. They have such an extensive menu. I’ve been coming here for years. They have literally everything that your heart desires. Asian, Mexican, American cuisine… I still have yet to try a lot of items on their menu. My favorite pasta shrimp bistro has sadly been discontinued. A few other go to dishes are Louisiana chicken pasta, corn tamales, chicken lettuce wraps, chicken Marsala, steak Diane, Tex mex egg rolls, crab wontons, and of course any of their cheesecakes. I usually get the banana or red velvet. This restaurant is also great for kids and families.

Food is not the best, but what can you expect from any restaurant now a days, except for the cheesecake. Probably the worst desert have ever eaten (40 years ago thay had a great cheesecake).
Reply to owners reply: I did ask the blond lady manager from the Grove location few years back, she still works there, that I wanted a few more black beans in the healthy salad because the last time it had more beans, and she tried to convince me in a long conversation that it had enough black beans. I was thinking that a few more beans form the approximate 10 beans the salad had is not too much to ask.

This location is nice and has beautiful views of the grove on the patio. Nice ambience and vibe as you can people watch, but the service is sub par, nothing to brag of. Waits on the weekend can be up to 2 hours, so make sure to snack before your dinner!

The nastiest thing in my life happened to me yesterday when I went to this cheesecake factory at the Grove in Los Angeles. THIS IS A CALL TO THE MANAGERS at this location. I went to the restroom and needed the cover for the toilet. I noticed there were a bunch of papers stuffed on the covers compartment. So I went ahead and removed the covers mixed with the papers, and then I noticed they were wet and one of the papers had yellow stains and then I realized that it was a paper that some customer "I suppose had used to wipe herself" it had pee! 🤮🤢 And I almost threw up. I got out and went to wash my hands and my luck. THERE WAS NO HAND SOAP! I rinsed my hands for almost a half hour. I know I should've said something to a manager or my server right away. But I was in shock. This is a call for the managers. PLEASE CHECK THE RESTROOMS MORE OFTEN. It's not your fault a nasty customer did that. But you are responsible to have a person to check the restroom more often and make sure everything is full and clean. Also, please put trash cans because there were a lot of used papers on the floor and in the toilet covers compartment.

The utensiles are not clean and are left on the table without being wrapped in cloth or napkins. The restaurant has a weak ventilation system, and you can smell all kinds of nasty scents at your table.

I ate here last week, and the bathroom was flooded, the food took way too long, and the service was terrible, including order errors. I won't be back.

The Cheesecake Factory is always a crowd-pleaser and a great spot for a meal with family or friends. The menu is massive, offering everything from pastas and burgers to salads and Asian-inspired dishes—there’s truly something for everyone. My personal favorites are the avocado eggrolls for starters and the Thai chicken salad for the main course.

Of course, the highlight is always the cheesecake! The variety is incredible, and every slice is rich, creamy, and absolutely decadent. The Oreo Dream Extreme Cheesecake is a must-try.

The portions are generous, the atmosphere is warm and inviting, and the staff is attentive. Whether you're celebrating a special occasion or just craving something delicious, The Cheesecake Factory never disappoints!
