The place is a bit small with limited seating and menu options compared to other locations, but the quality of the coffee and the great service make up for it. Perfect for a quick caffeine fix or a short break between stores.

I had a very disappointing experience at Coffee Bean in Century City Mall. All the bottled waters in the fridge were warm, and when we asked for a cup of ice, the staff said it would cost $0.25. They insisted this was “the rule,” even though the water was already not properly chilled.

What was even worse was seeing a young teenage girl (maybe 12–13) come in with her dog, just asking for a cup of water because she was clearly thirsty. The staff told her it would also be $0.25. She didn’t have money on her, and they still refused to give her water for free. I ended up paying so she could get a drink.

This is the first time in the U.S. I’ve ever had to pay for tap water. Charging for ice or refusing water to someone who needs it—especially a child—is extremely disappointing and inhumane. This location needs to rethink its policies and how it treats customers.

On a busy Saturday noon, the employees here did not disappoint. I get it, it can be stressful when working with large crowds. They smiled, and gave a great experience

I love how the place feels welcoming whether it s morning or evening.

after having tried a great vanilla layered latte in other shopped i decided to order it again in this shop at the westfield but it went wrong… the store manager seeing i was a tourist decided to do the smarter guy giving me a totally different thing. when i went back complaining about it him and the asiatic rude guy who made the shit started laughing.
never coming back.
i hope they fail.

This is a small stand conveniently located in the Westfield Century City Mall. The staff is always friendly and the coffee drinks are excellent. Sherwin is the best!

I thought I placed a review for this coffee bean before I guess not however I am placing a review now and it’s great that this coffee bean uses paper filters for the brewed coffee because metal filters raises cholesterol as it doesn’t reduce oils

The Baseline: For a Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf coffee shop the baseline involves the quality of the roast, the taste of the coffee, and the preparation of specialty drinks/food items.

Food: The coffee here is good and has a good taste based on the roasts. It meets the baseline. There are lots of choices for milk alternatives and they also have grab and go food offerings.

Service: The staff was friendly and efficient in preparing my order. My server took great care in preparing my Latte.

Ambiance: This location is an upscale kiosk level cafe. It is a good place to grab coffee and walk around the Century City mall area for shopping.
