The Baseline: For a Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf coffee shop the baseline involves the quality of the roast, the taste of the coffee, and the preparation of specialty drinks/food items.

Food: The coffee here is good and has a good taste based on the roasts. It meets the baseline. There are lots of choices for milk alternatives and they also have grab and go food offerings.

Service: The staff was friendly and efficient in preparing my order. My server took great care in preparing my Latte.

Ambiance: This location is an upscale kiosk level cafe. It is a good place to grab coffee and walk around the Century City mall area for shopping.

Do not recommend!!!!
Guy said were officially closed. Then turned lights back on as we walked out. Drove a long way just to get here!!!

The kiosk is too crowded. The service is slow. Iyesha was especially rude when attempting to check who was next in line. Even when I attempted to check my place, people were so rude. They purposely made my drink after several other customers. Ieysha went out of her way to make me feel bad and corrected me saying, “I was not in the right place.” They make you feel very unwelcome. Victor Benes Bakery provides much better service with more apace at the Gelson’s downstairs. This experience combined with The Coffee Bean not really making that good of coffee is enough to not go to the Coffee Bean again. it’s
