Service is slow. My friend was in line for like 5 minutes even though like 1-2 people were in front of him. Another friend wanted more coffee but they didn’t refill it for free like Starbucks. I would recommend this for their food definitely not their service for sure! ? But lots of people wouldn’t come here for sure now!

The configuration of the space lends itself to bad service, because it’s a very small enclosure. A better design would be a walk-up service window. This makes customers have to wait outside to be called when their order is ready, which takes more time. It’s a bit of a guessing game. Getting coffee/tea should be a pleasant experience. The drink was good, but the service needs improvement.
