This place is always understaffed. It takes a long time for them to make the drinks cause they’re helping customers and making drinks at the same time. there’s usually only one employee there which is very dangerous considering the neighborhood it’s in. The owners apparently are very cheap. This is a franchise so the Quality is not as good as other coffee beans. They don’t even know how to make a Moroccan mint latte.

This location is for grab and go. They don't have restrooms for the costumers which I think they need to post since they sell drinks. It is insane a chain like this doesn't provide restrooms for the costumers. I have a bladder cronic problem, it was awful have to go somewhere else (after ordering and paying of course) just to find a restroom. I guess next time I will just pee on their floors. No one should go through this embarrassment and painful situation. It is no cheap ($6.50 for a small matcha latte), quality is mediocre. Next time just go to Starbucks (at least they have restrooms)

Clerk said they don’t carry any sugar free options, so go to Starbucks down the street if that’s what you’re looking for.
Edit: After reading the other reviews, I can see why the clerk wasn’t offering other options. The lady everyone’s talking about was there, so I can imagine the anxiety the staff have.

I used to be a Starbcuks girl until Jasmine became my barista. She is so sweet and efficient. She always looks busy and will still take my order, do it accurately and on time. If she isn’t a manager, she needs to be. My only feedback for coffee bean is to have keto friendly drinks. My options are limited

I just found my new favorite drink. 3 words: Matcha, Cream, Mango. ? Incredibly delicious on a hot summer day. Will return to this location again for excellent service and cool atmosphere.

In this place there is a woman who treats people disrespectfully. Today she aggressively threw a container of fruit at two people who were sitting at the table outside. Incredible that they hire people like that.

I study at Harvest English Institute and today at 01:16 PM, we were waiting at the table outside this place, when this woman approaches and throws a container we had with fruit off the table. I couldn't believe what she did. She just used her finger and looking at our face she pushed him hard to the floor. Why did she do that? What's up with this place?

I was really excited to start going back to Coffee bean as their new drinks are really good and they are really starting to expand their menu. I was so close to not ordering as the cashier was extremely rude. I even thought they were closing because she had AirPods on and looked dead into my eyes. I even greeted her to break the ice because no response. There’s a difference between someone having a bad day and someone being hateful for no reason. I felt bad for the other girl who made my drink and was kind by saying “enjoy your drink”. I’m disappointed especially because it’s near me and I was planning on coming more infrequently instead of Starbucks. Going to think twice and look for another location
