I really enjoy the Americano with. A splash of oat milk. My favorite barista is Nick. He always goes above and beyond to make sure the coffee experience is Awesome!

Terrible customer service from asian man working this morning. I asked him if my drink came with whip cream which he replied you should have asked you didn’t say anything. He proceeded to be rude and aggressively gave me drink back with coffee spilled around my drink. First time being at this location as I was attending an event in the area. Will not be returning in the future.

The salesman there is strange, when you take coffee they let you into the toilet, when you first went in. If you want to go to the toilet they don't let you in. They say, you order coffee, then you can go to the toilet, it's funnier here in America people.

The bathroom is shit. The lighting was gloomy and it looked like it hadn't been cleaned since yesterday. Recommended for takeout only

The bathrooms here are terrible. I find this place challenging despite being insensitive. There are no people because of the cleanliness, and ironically, that's the advantage (quietness). And the staff was excellent. I only recommend takeout if you come here

I've ordered delivery from this location twice in the last week and each time I'm charged for a sandwich it says they have and then I don't receive. Nothing extra thrown in to compensate or refund given without me doing it myself.The drinks and pastries have been fine & good, though.Maybe the location is better in person but I'm not going to order delivery from them again.
