Very bad, the people who works here, doesn't know the difference between latte and flat white, host 10148 was so rude, she through two cups of coffee with attitude, was so mad and very unprofessional, time 3.43 pm date 12.05.25

This is a good location. They're always friendly, the drinks are made well and the wait time is quick. Definitely a great Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf.

Would never go again! Definitely deserves less than one star. The owner or manager was upset that other people were parking there so they decide to tow every car from including customer’s cars. Ended up costing over $500 for what a coffee and half a day lost. I’ve been here before and never had an experience like this but it was so bad and extreme that I would never go back.
The worst matcha latte I have ever tried in my life. It was so sweet that I couldn’t even taste the matcha.

My favorite! Always come here.
I love their everything avocado toast and egg, with the vanilla cream cold brew coffee or the Vietnamese cold brew. It is an amazing way to start the day.
Love the spot you can pick up my order so long as it's pre-ordered. If there is a line at the drive-thru you have to wait your turn no matter how long it takes. Staff is friendly and ready to help.
Atmosphere will be outdoors as there is no indoor seating.
