My favorite! Always come here.
I love their everything avocado toast and egg, with the vanilla cream cold brew coffee or the Vietnamese cold brew. It is an amazing way to start the day.
Love the spot you can pick up my order so long as it's pre-ordered. If there is a line at the drive-thru you have to wait your turn no matter how long it takes. Staff is friendly and ready to help.
Atmosphere will be outdoors as there is no indoor seating.
I come to this location due to proximity to my home & I like Coffee Bean over Starbucks, but this location takes forever. I am always in the drive through for 15+ minutes (no matter the size of the line), staff never ask to scan your number/redeem stars or points, and drinks are mediocre.
I am sitting in the drive through now wondering if it would have been faster to go to a different store or even go through a Starbucks that is more efferent.
I love Coffee bean but this location is unusually slow during the morning rush hour. I have to give myself plenty of time because I’m usually sitting in the drive thru line for 15-20 minutes. My coworkers and I can’t quite figure it out but it’s consistently very slow. The workers are super kind and the product is excellent. Seems to be some disconnect/training issues with the drive-thru.
Too Damn slow
There was nobody inside to take orders. I ended up leaving and driving to the location off of Palms and Sepulveda. Apparently, there was something going on that pulled the staff outside where I saw them talking to the police. The staff didn't lock the doors or turn off the drive-thru menu panel, so potential patrons had no idea they wouldn't be hmabke to place an order until they'd waited 5 minutes or so and had to decide to stay and continue waiting or leave.
Note to staff: next time, put uo a sign or turn off the lights so that potential patrons know to drive on by or how long approximately they may need to wait before business as usual can resume.
Customer service is always friendly!

Cannot recommend this location. I arrived one entire hour before closing and yet all employees are doing the closing cleaning and putting stuff away - Too busy to help take an order. I had to wait quite a while for them to decide to, you know, take my money for a transaction.
I can understand if it was 15 minutes before closing but not an hour - 3 people - none of which interested in taking an order.
When I did get someone's attention, barely, I was told two different things about why I could not get a sandwich:
Person #1: "We have already done the accounting for the day and so cannot sell you a sandwich" and
Person #2: "We have sold all of the sandwiches for the day and there are none left"
Which is true?
Anyway, I feel it should be easy to do a straighforward transaction at a business establishment, but that doesn't appear to be a priority at this location.
Coffee was good though.

I received a email promotion for $5 any drinks, but they had a excuse for that, and even no one called the manager to help.

It was just me and 1 other car in drive-thru. No one in parking. Took over 30 minutes to get my two cups of coffee. This place has been getting consistently slower and slower. Unnecessary delays when I see 4 employees inside.

The strawberry cake pops are trash, and then they also said they can’t warm up the crotons in store.
