They hire the dumbest staff. First they hired a girl who didn’t know what “black tea” was and kept serving the fruitiest flavored teas no matter what I asked for. Had to start ordering via the app to get the exact correct name of tea so she wouldn’t mess it up. Now they hired a guy who can’t understand me when I say My name to pick up my online order. He spent seven minutes with me by the window trying to find my order until his supervisor came over, asked my name, and found it immediately.

This location disappoints every time. The orders are never right, they take a long time, if you make an order for pick up it's still wrong, and the customer service is disappointing. It seems like nobody ever knows what's going on or protocol for mistakes. The staff is uncoordinated and not managed well and it shows.

Coffee Bean...get it together. How is the card reader machine still broken after two weeks. Luckily I have my mobile app and was able to pay that way but this issue has been going on for at least two weeks. Where is the tech support?

The GM at this store is really overwhelmed. I asked her why was the store out of espresso beans and she said that she only has 2 shift supervisors and the company won't let her hire more staff. Not sure what's going on here but its something that should be addressed and handled. Very strange experience for customers.

Excellent cup of coffee, here and I love their cold mixed Frappe style drinks. I really enjoy the locations and sometimes will stay for a bit and enjoy some of their latest style brews. Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf has been a comfort stop for years. I highly recommend their coffee and service is usually very prompt. Great coffee experience and if you can find one of their stores in the area there are sure to be patrons enjoying delicious hot cups of coffee.Vegetarian options: They have many vegetarian items like peanut butter bars, bananas, muffins, and yogurts. Most coffee and tea items are vegan/vegetarian.Dietary restrictions: Fruits nuts coffee.Parking: Plenty of parking and a drive through at some locations.Kid-friendliness: Kids love the cold drinks and some may even enjoy warm teas pastries and cookiesWheelchair accessibility: Yes they have ramps
This is the worst coffee bean location. They have a drive thru which is clearly the way to go. That's all the employees seemed to be worried about. I ordered my drink on the app ahead of time, clearly because I wanted my drink to be ready when I arrived. When I got there I was told they were working on my drink THREE times. I watched as everyone's orders were done, even those that walked in way after me. I waited 15 mins for them And asked three times. Multiple times given major attitude for even asking. They clearly lied to me that they had started making my drink and waited till I complained to even start. It's very clear why all coffee beans are going out of business and Starbucks are taking over.

Ordered a Large Chai Tea latte which tasted like it was made with too much coffee. I returned immediately to ask for a refund and the employees were very accommodating and kind. This location was suspiciously void of customers relative to the amazing customer service.

Very small parking lot, short drive thru that can become very crowded. Walk up counter for orders is very small inside. Not welcoming to stay and sit, but Very friendly staff, very clean. Convenient location, recommend and will return if you’re looking for something other than Starbucks…. Which is literally a block away.
