The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf

Paula was my server .. she helped me with an issue I had ... could not have been nicer ... coffee was excellent!!

Served warm (not hot coffee). When asked for a replacement, the barista did not put in enough creamer. When asked for a little more, barista poured an entire smart cupful when a tbsp was needed. Unpleasant about it.

Coffee and Bagels are outsourced from the same factory where Starbucks gets it…so it’s the same accross the board, so what makes a place different from the competitor?
What matters these days before robots take over human provided service, it’s client service, and today it was poor.
Instead of giving me a coup to poor the boiling coffee from my mug, I was charged 0.25…..would that breake me?, absolutely not, but isn’t the price of the cup included on the price of the cup? Or am I been punished for being a bad client trying to get their attention?
Since no one was paying attention I took a cup from a pile next to the barista (as I was waiting to be serviced )who had a fit, but I didn’t touch anything else.
So, yes, one star for the disappointment I experienced today

This is the worst coffee I have ever had in my life. The lady at the counter was anything but friendly. The chocolate muffin was delicious, but that is all I can say that is good. I will not ever go back again.

It looks a little run down, but the coffee was good! I’ve been to locations in Arizona and this was my first time at a Cali location. Vanilla Bean cold brew latte was very good i drank it too fast! Nice large patio outside as well.

10 minutes wait for a cup of tea in an airport. Staff didn't seem to have a sense of urgency

Jasmin was rude. I understand it is a busy job but I go out of my way to be nice to those working in customer service because I know what’s it like. But she had a major tude that was uncalled for. The guy up front was really nice though.
