We just had the new one in Terminal 7. Actually pleasantly surprised for airport coffee! I let the guy behind the counter choose my blended drink and he made me an awesome cookies & cream drink! Cookie butter latte was also good!

I paid using my credit card. The server leaned over the credit card machine and pressed a button. I had a bad feeling about that and saw she added a tip!!!!!!! That's THEFT! Watch out

I love coffee bean and tea leaf but this one is always so so slow. Not really worth the wait if you’re in a hurry. But if you have plenty of time… go for it. :)

Aussies beware. Despite how sleep deprived you are from your flight, avoid getting your first coffee from this place as you exit departures. It will scar you for life.

Unfortunately twice they got my order wrong and correcting it was not an option due to time restraint. They were not busy

March 19, 2025 at 3:43 pm I placed my coffee order at the above location . After 10 minutes of placing my order, I approached the cashier that had initially taken my order and advised her I was missing a coffee.

She must've been triggered with my comment, she immediately started screaming at me in front of other customers asking me to not raise my voice at her. I clarified to her I was not raising my voice at her. She proceeded with yelling at me, at one point a co worker got involved and started hand signaling at the cashier to stop arguing.

The second cashier asked me in Spanish what was going on so I replied to her in Spanish. The first cashier then continued to scream at me and replied with (do not speak Spanish to her and speak English if you have something to say) Her co workers and manager did nothing to address the matter.

I have my receipts saved with the cashiers name I hope they start to train their baristas with great customer service ! It's unfortunate that a great coffee company like coffee bean hires unpleasant people like her.

Is it hip in LA to be downright shitty to each other and customers? Is it just a trend in the airport?

Check your receipt. Cashier added a $5 tip for himself on $7 drink. SCAM!

If you are looking for the worst possible coffee/food at the worst possible prices, you have found it! They substituted the chocolate in “chocolate” croissant with a paste. The egg sandwich at $15 is also a slap in the face. I would stay far away from this place. At the end of the day the owners are price gouging and are engaging in poor ethical business practices. I thought this was America!

They now have a self service station, it takes people forever to order and no options to customize. And then they ask for tip at the end of check out! For what? For a self service?😂

Coffee is 8$ instant black coffee with maybe a minuscule hint of flavor. There were coffee grounds coating the bottom of my cup and it tasted nasty. The workers themselves seemed nice enough but goodness gracious is that stuff not pleasant, especially for that price. “Cookie Butter” tastes like absolutely nothing but plain old instant coffee. Could have made better coffee at home for cheaper.

I work at the airport so I am used to paying a little more for food here. But this sandwich is definitely not worth $14. That’s a rip off.
