Stopped here after my flight 2/29 around 2:15PM. The family in front of me made their order, one of the items was an iced coffee. The cashier brings over a hot coffee, they tell him they ordered an iced coffee, to which he smirks while saying “why didn’t you tell me?”. When they tell him that’s what they ordered, he doubles down and asks why they didn’t say anything while he was making the wrong drink, while smugly laughing. That’s right, he made his mistake their problem. It was rude and the family was clearly uncomfortable as they began apologizing. To top it off, when my drink came, the other employee hadn’t fully stirred in the powder to the espresso before adding it to the cold milk and ice, so it was clumped up. Side note / FYI - higher price than non-airport CBTL pricing and they don’t accept the CBTL app for rewards or payment.

Ordered a cappuccino.Espresso pinnacle of burnt flavor. I also don’t understand why places make their milk so ridiculously hot and burn the milk to make it even worse.Oh well what else could I expect ??

Coffee was good and price was listed. The bacon, egg, and cheese did not have the price listed, twice the price of my large ice blended coffee, stop being scummy and have all prices listed on the menu, service and people were kind but their corporate is a bad joke. List prices or keep getting bad reviews. Didn't know cost until it was time to put in my card.

Unbelievably rude staff messed up our orders 2 times in a row because they were chatting instead of listening to the customers (they let us stare at them talking for a good 5 minutes, and when we finally were allowed to tell them our order, they interrupted us to talk to each other again). When asked to fix it, they rolled their eyes and said “OH My Goddd!!!!!!!!” (as if it was our fault they messed up 2x) and absolutely refused to make it right. I never write reviews but today was extremely shocking. So shocking it’s almost funny ?

Poor quality coffee latte for more than $7 for a small size - super bitter, less milk and no froth at all. No brown sugar avaliable as well.

Absolutely terrible service!! The two girls behind the counter today Thursday December 7th 2023 at 10:20am were just messing around and trying different combinations drinks for themselves and not focusing on making the drinks. They were taking too long that one person walked out of the line. I placed my order many minutes after and they only had my order to make. They had no other order. They forgot to make it. When they saw me standing there they asked what I was waiting for I told them my drink order and one girl told the other in spanish "you didn't make it". It was ridiculous!! It was the only order they had. How do you forget to make the only order you had? I'd they stopped messing around back there they wouldn't have forgotten. I asked for a refund instead cuz it was taking too long and they said a refund will take longer and gave me my drink. Absolutely deplorable service.

Awful coffee, tasted like I'm drinking a burnt tea made of the cardboard cup it comes in, just terrible.Overpriced (of course, it's an airport) and not worth it at all.

I saw on the menu a vietnamese cold coffee, so I ordered one. They donuse real condensed milk. The taste was far from a real Vietnamese coffee, but at LAX, it's close enough.

- Stomach ache / irresponsible staff -I purchased an iced mocha latte with oat milk, for I am lactose-intolerant. When I picked up the drink, I asked the barista if it was made with oat milk, and they turned away and didn't say anything. I did confirm it was my order before I drank it, though.Later, I experienced severe stomach problems - you can imagine the rest. I contacted the CB CS online, and the first representative responded; however, I was connected to a manager that claimed I had reached the wrong person (yet that person seems to be in charge of some LAX CB stores? Unclear).I have contacted two more times over the month - it has been two months now, and I still have NOT heard back from them. I consider this a food poisoning case.

This is the first coffee shop you encounter when you exit the international baggage claim, and it is a terrible way to welcome people to the United States. I recently visited and not only was the coffee absolutely terrible (worst I've had in years), but the staff was very unfriendly. Worse, a cup of coffee and protein bar cost $14? Avoid.

Coffee meeeee! (Instead of beer me, lol) This Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf is in a perfect location, right at the Los Angeles International Airport. What a great place for a coffee and tea stop!? When you are jet lagged and need some energy, or if you have been sitting at the airport for hours (stuck there for a layover). This is the perfect place to go, recharge your battery. I stopped here to grab some caffeine, because I was stuck at the airport for what seemed like days. In reality it was only 3 hours. But still, it's draining lol The Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf made it less miserable.
