Tried to place an order while barely pulling down my mask and the girl that works there snaps at me and said I have to keep my mask covered, she then asks again what my order is I again barely pull down my mask so she can hear me but she snaps again that I have to keep my mask on. Not sure why these customer service agents think they are some kind of m-askhole police agent instead of doing their jobs. They have all kinds of sneeze guards in place in case you do breath on them but if u don't comply they throw you out of the store. It is a federal offense to discriminate against people with medical conditions and it isn't your job to police policies that are not in your jurisdiction, learn to just take orders not giving the

Good place to study, if like me, you hate the library. You have to be lucky or fast to get a table to sit at though because everyone else comes here to study too lol. It’s nothing fancy, but the coffee is strong and it’s conveniently located.

I have never been more disgusted after my visit 10 minutes ago. I came in and stood behind the lines (social distancing) and I paid. I walked back behind THE SIGNS THEY HAD UP to wait for my two drinks. There was a guy waiting right in front where the drinks were coming out. He eventually left and the barista put a drink out for mobile order. Looks at me. Doesn't say anything. EVENTUALLY they give people who came in WAYY after me their drinks. I then am looking at him like ??? At this point. They had set the drink on the opposite side of the room where we weren't supposed to be. He didn't even say anything just handed me one drink and said have a good day. Um? My other drink? It was sitting behind the bar, no lid, ice melted. So now I'm enjoying a room temp latte and watered down coffee.

They have the worst attitudes of any coffee bean I have ever been in. Half the time no one shows up on time to open in the mornings. Just a day or two ago the girl who showed up late to open went in a hour late, said no one else is here and I can't open by myself so she locked up and got in her car and left. She did say she tried to call everyone, but no one would answer the phone. Yes the store manager is so shitty that no one cares what happens at this store. Bad need of a new manager. Even a new manager is going to have a hard time fixing all the bad attitudes and rude employees. Picture I added was taken at 6:15 am. The mad girl that said she was leaving said even the lazy manager would not answer her phone. This is a update: 2/13/2020 7:20 PM. Why is the Guy behind the counter stuffing candy in his mouth, Working the register, fixing coffee, stuffing candy in his mouth, fixing drinks and not washing his hands? Is this what they think of food handling laws from the health dept. They sure don't care about your health.

I ordered the mango iced tea. A great selection of coffee and tea. Designed to be a study area right in between UCLA and the heart of west wood. WiFi available. Plenty of study tables inside and outside.

Ok they hired a mentally impaired person for the register? Talking to himself as if in drugs. No eye contact. Checking his finger blister. Gag. What up with that. And he didn't tell the barista the correct order. Am I a princess?

This review has to be said. This location has an outdoor patio, where we sat tonight. A couple next to our table dropped their hot tea and disturbed an entire nest of cockroaches. They came flowing out from under the table- literally was like a scene out of "The Mummy " movie. We jumped up and moved to the opposite side of the patio, but the vermin kept flowing like a fountain. We left, and a block away found a roach hanging on my sweater. The manager needs to go out and exterminate the underside of the tables with a double shot of Raid. Very unsanitary

I was surprised to find I really like this Coffee Bean. It's relaxing and yet there are a lot of people in there that are clearly working on laptops. It's big and bright and has a good feeling to it. It was my first time at this location but I definitely be back.

Worst store ever! Messed up my gift card and would do nothing to fix the issue! Nevwr have these issues with peets or Starbucks. On top of that there's always a slow line and 1 person on the register.. go elsewhere!
