Unfortunately the guy making the coffee was only interested in trying to pick up the girl working g the register. I asked for a hot latte with an extra shot and he served me warm milk with no coffee I. It, even though I paid nearly $9. I then went back and ordered a double espresso and he gave me a small amount of warm coffee with the texture of regular filtered coffee. I realised the. That he actually didn’t know how to use the machine properly or was just not interested in using the machine properly. Possibly the worst coffee I have ever had. I normally use Starbucks but I thought I would try this place out and unfortunately due to the bad experience I will never use one of these places ever again.

Drinks and pastries are waaay too sweet... I ordered the Salted Maple Latte, cake and cookie. Service is good, though. I didn’t encounter the Asian woman everybody is talking about though.

Understaffed
Only two people working and the line was huge. The $9 latte was so sweet, even with an extra shot, I had to toss it after a few sips. Customers kept coming back to complain for the same reason. This is such an easy fix, but based upon other comments here, they aren’t doing anything about it.

Worst customer experience EVER (and I come from a country well known for their unpleasant waiters…)! I never wrote a bad comment but this was so terrible that I am going for it. The manager, an asian woman, was totally disrespectful. Just run away if you do not want to be yelled at for a mistake THEY did. A misunderstanding or a mistake is human and I have no problem with that but the way they dealt with it is just surreal. Do not give your money to them, they really do not deserve it plus for foreigner travellers it is a really bad first or last impression of L.A and that is a shame.

Manager Celine Romero was rude after getting my coffee that tasted water I came back and told her about it and refused to give me a refund nor even offered an exchange . This is not acceptable and I am requesting my refund !

I have never seen a worst coffee place ever. These awful employees charged me, didn't make me my order and didn't fully refund my order. Idk if you want to believe this or not, but when they gave me back my reciept and I said you didn't give me back the correct amount, they reprinted a cancelation transaction and there was a DRAWING OF A P*NIS on it!!!! I couldn't believe my eyes! I just said oh they just crossed the reciept and my mind is horrible! But after checking my bank account, I don't know if it was coincidence or not! I was not rude to the service workers, I know that's a very demanding job at an airport, I just wanted my money back. But you took my money, didn't make my order, wasted my time and insulted me. Very rude people. Very passive aggressive. The Asian woman working at the counter insulted me when I didn't want to leave a tip for standing in a line to buy two red bulls at the counter. She acted like I was outraged, doing a passive aggressive technique where she pretended I was overreacting for saying I just wanted to pay and not leave a tip for buying a red bull. She repeatedly told me to calm down in front of the other customers, and then when I gave her a disapproving glance (since I stopped speaking) she said " oh, I'm so scared", as I walked away and she turned to her coworker and they both started giggling. So incredibly rude.
This was after she had a long conversation with another customer about their jewelry while 10 people stood in line.
Judging by the number of 1 star reviews, I am guessing she was " so scared" because she knows the owner's don't care and the employees can treat customers with unmitigated amounts of disrespect without fear of losing their jobs.

Gross matcha latte, way too sweet, like drinking pure sugar. I asked to get it remade but the cashier had an attitude and kept trying to walk away every time I made a request.

It is located in terminal 5… ordered hot caramel macchiato and Jalapeño bagel with cream cheese… tasted good and coffee also in a good temperature…Good option for food in terminal 5…

First time back in California after nearly a decade and this experience was terrible way to start. Great drink but awful service. Didn't bother to ask us what size drink we wanted. Been looking for coffee bean for years but no black forest blended option. No rewards. No pastries option.
