I visited this café and placed my order, but while waiting I noticed that people who seemed to know the staff were served ahead of me without waiting. I felt discriminated against, as if I was treated carelessly compared to the locals. I waited about 10 minutes for my latte, and my name was not even called. I was also charged for two extra espresso shots, but it seemed like I only received one.

This is one of the best CB's I've been to. They are consistently great and I appreciate their skill set.
I am in love with the Pumpkin spice ice blended with oatmilk. Every time I order with them in particular, my drink is beautifully made! They also have a nicer variety of coffee beans, cups, mugs...etc than any other Coffee Bean I've gone to.
Time for me to get ready so I can hit em up again before work. Deliciousness awaits me!!!!!!! Enjoy!

I do enjoy the coffee, though the food items are a little underwhelming. Thought it might be a good spot to get some work done and though the atmosphere of the space is nice, none of the outlets in the entire shop worked, I tried different walls and finally asked the workers who said none of them worked. I suppose that's an effective way from keeping folks from lingering too long...

Bathroom out of order. Gentleman taking the order was so helpful and nice, I was on a bird scooter because we are at the kaiser hospital a mile down the street and he was helpful by showing me how they have bags with cupholders in them. The lady that made my order was not quite rude, but you can tell she doesn't care. I ordered my wife and myself a large caramel iced coffee with an extra shot of espresso and it was pretty good. Bathroom is out of order.

I had a terrible experience with the cashier that attended me tonight June 3rd 2025 around 9pm, he had a very rude sarcastic manner. Since the get go he spoke very rudely asking if we wanted the drinks to go or for there, giving us a look of “hurry up” I asked for a water later on and he told me they “ran out” making side comments in spanish believing I didnt understand him, which I understood every word of…I was already not feeling his attitude so I just let it go he then later tried calling me “mija” and asked me if I wanted “any water with my ice”. The experience all in all was very uncomfortable and unpleasant as a frequent customer I am beyond upset this is the experience I had.

Supper clean place. Employees very polite and very friendly. Luisa Patricia helped me out.

I asked the baristas to melt a raw sugar into the shots and then put them in an iced Americano, they said they got it but they didn't melt it at all... So they didn't get it and they weren't nice about it. It was crunchy and I won't ever be back to this location because of the service received, not the misunderstanding.

Super slow. 10 min to make a latte?

This has been my location for quite a time. But lately I am not sure what is going on. The service is ok. Now everyone is as friendly as how it used to be. Usually order a peach tea which sometimes it just taste like water with flavor. It has been already quite a times that is like this. Not sure what is going on cause used to be my favorite one.

Love to come here with my daughter and get a treat on payday. The staff are exceptional and always hand off our food and drink orders in a timely fashion. 10/10 service at this location 😊

Love their iced coffee. Cold, well caffeinated, and not bitter.
