awesome spot that’s been on this corner for years. so glad to have it in the neighborhood. baristas are great and drinks hit the spot! the new remodel looks great and drive thru is convenient when needed!

I have been going to this CBTL location for nearly 20 years (since it opened when I was a kid!) and consider it such an important part of this little slice of West LA. Nowhere better to get a perfect iced blended!

Much better than S.B.'s in terms of coffee product. They are not ad pricey but are getting there maybe. They need like S.B. does as well, FRESH goodies. Not heat n' eat.

Staff has the worst attitudes. I don’t want to be too harsh but genuinely what are they doing in there. When I got my drink it tasted so much worse than when I get the exact same thing at the one in Redondo beach. It’s pretty inedible to me sorry :(

Got to agree with some of the other reviews, the wait does take a while. If you order in person or in the app expect an even longer wait time than in the drive thru.

The slowest coffee spot in town. Don’t let the 1 or 2 cars in the drive thru fool you. You’ll be waiting for an hour. Lazy kids

Horrible customer service, attitude and coffee. From the moment we ordered the coffee, the service was horrible. The cashier was rude and made it obvious that our order was an inconvenience to her. We ordered two coffees and one matcha drink. The Vietnamese coffee had NO condensed milk. The vanilla cold brew tasted like coffee with no flavoring. She gave the wrong straw for the boba matcha. Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf please train your staff on how to provide good customer service to patrons as well as how to make these drinks correctly.

This location is a plus as it has a large parking lot to drive around looking for parking. The staff is very nice and service was very fast. Overall it's a busy location that can help you get in and out.
