We had a great time Xmas Night with friends.
Top comedy mixed with crappy stuff, too.
the spot itself is cosy.. the artists were pretty good and fun.. but the last two: aweful
It really ruined my whole experience.. not funny.. not nice.. just awkward.. a pity‘
Always an excellent comedy experience
Server gave himself a tip on 25% on my card after I gave him 20% cash tip .. so not cool ... plus the first stage area has a horrible smell
The comics were i credible and it was a phenomenal time. Cocktails are starkly over priced if we are all being honest.
I tipped 15% to one of the waiters for a $40 tab and she got so upset at me that she was being rude and talking to the other guests about my tip.
She then proceeded to over charge my bill by 15 bucks which required me to file a chargeback.
It seems like the waitress here are so entitled that if you’re not leaving a 50% tip they will ruin your experience all together.
These waiters scam you so I suggests don’t even coming here at all. These waiters don’t deserve your money if they can’t appreciate a 15% tip
I would say it’s the best comedy club I’ve been to but it’s the only one I’ve gone to. Great experience from this place overall. I got scammed by StubHub and didn’t know the tickets have to be bought directly from the venue. Dominic the security guard told me check in with the people that check tickets let them know i want to join the standby list. I was contacting StubHub during this time to either figure out if im getting a ticket or my money back. Madison a worker from the venue was able to assist me furthermore by saying 16 people are yet to show up for that comedian and if there are empty seats she can get me in. Keep in mind they knew I got scammed cause they themselves told me they don’t sell tickets through third parties, yet she made sure my girlfriend and I still enjoyed the show. I want to thank the security Dominic and the worker Madison for working with us to get us in although it wasn’t their problem I got scammed. And shoutout to Michael Blaustein for such great work.
Easily one of the most fun nights you have in the city, just pick a show and go!
What is going on here lately? Line ups are weak unless you like to see Pauly Shore Jay Leno and the rest of the senior citizens home greats…and the ticket prices went from $30-40 for GA to $80-120!!!! Improv has the same comics down the street for $25-30. Come on guys get it together there please I’ve been coming for 20 years almost weekly and couldn’t be more disappointed. Stop ruining LAs best club please.
After ordering my first beer before the show started, I spent over an hour trying to wave down the server to get my (required) second drink. Three minutes before the show ended, he finally came over. What a joke that we had to pay for that second round.

Came on a Monday night. Main host comedian was ok, but all but maybe 2 of the rotating 5 minute comedians were pretty bad.

Great experience. We had a great night at the Comedy store. The night we visisted, all the comedians were talented and funny.
Been here a few times. I have to say, the show last night on Saturday, December 6 was so funny. We had the best time. Comics were awesome especially the last guy and the older guy. Sorry I can’t remember your names lol but unreal! All the comedians were awesome.
I just got back from The Comedy Store on the Sunset Strip, and I am still buzzing—it is an absolutely legendary place!
I absolutely loved the atmosphere; it’s unlike any other club in the world. It’s dark, intense, and you can honestly feel the decades of comedy history soaking into the walls. Knowing that this is the stage where almost every comedy giant got their start. The energy is just electric.
And the part I thought was the coolest is definitely seeing the comedians hang out on the patio or near the bar afterwards. It truly feels like you’re part of a secret club or an artist’s colony, which is an awesome experience. If you love comedy, you have to come here at least once in your lifetime. It's an essential, iconic Los Angeles landmark!
