My sandwich was haphazardly tossed together and there was a hair in it. I received a refund, but it was completely unappetizing. On and $20 for this is a complete rip off, it’s insane.

I came here feeling very excited because I had just received a discount voucher from the airline, but when I ordered, the staff were very rude and dismissive when I used the voucher. I was given the voucher to use, so why did they treat me so badly? I hope future customers using discount vouchers will avoid this place; it's truly terrible.

I had the LAX Burger minus tomatoes and it was a decent burger. As others stated, it is pricey, but that's to be expected for an airport meal. The French fries were crispy, nice, and hot.

HARD PASS!!!!
The prices alone are ridiculous even for the airport. It’d be worth it to travel to a different terminal to eat.

The Burger is completely flavorless. I added a ton of ketchup just to give it some flavor. The shoe string fries, if not eaten right away, get cold and hard fast!!! Mine sat in a box for a good 3-4 min before I even got my food so they showed up already cold.

The service here is Meh. The communication from the back to the front is comical. Even with 5-7 boxes of food placed on the counter, the front staff just talk and don’t pay attention to the food that’s up.

There is also very minimal places to sit. It doesn’t help that there are not enough chairs for the amount of table space which doesn’t make any sense.

it shouldn't take 20 mins to make a prepare a hotdog on a bun and a bag of fries. At $11 too not including tax and tip. I shouldn't have tipped. Rude staff too.

The people working the counter at LAX are way more interested in chatting with their friends than serving customers or making food. I waited over 20min for a simple burger with nobody else waiting. The staff didn’t care, they were too busy chatting and looking at their phone.

The food, unsurprisingly, was pretty terrible too. And it was super expensive!

Grabbed a burger and fries on a layover. Was very convenient right next to my arrival gate, and not too busy - easy to find a spot to eat. Service was quick and ordering with the computer was easy. Good burger and a boatload of fries! Would visit again.

$23 for dry bread and “lettuce blend” of… iceberg.

Service is a one star. Food is a two star, at best. This place needs customer service training. The expeditor in the back, comes out with orders and instead of just calling out the orders and extending her arms another foot or so, she proceeded to look for the front counter staff (not nowhere the front) so they can yell out the numbers. It was like an episode of some sitcom. To top it off, these were the worst fries I've had anywhere.

25+ minute wait time for a burger, after ordering. For $40 burger and fries.

Bought a breakfast burger before my flight, and after the first bite, I found out the egg inside was green. GREEN. Went back , and when the counter lady showed to one of the cooks, the cook even made a disgusted face from seeing the green egg. I decided to get my money back, and even that I paid with cash, I was informed I couldn’t have my cash back, but instead they would put credit on my card. Ended up getting another plain burger, buns and meat only. I hope to not feel sick during my trip ! Overall, don’t eat here. $22 dollars for a burger with bad egg in it.

Solid burger and great fries, would expect something similar outside of an airport

The breakfast burrito at the LAX restaurant was disappointing. The inclusion of raw onions and raw jalapeños resulted in an unpleasant morning experience. I would not recommend this place for an early morning meal.
