Very less seats and expensive burgers and sides. Similar rates to other places in the airport. The food is good quality. Service is very good and the staff is nice.
very good foods and all time best service
Very pleasantly surprised with the BBQ Bacon Burgers. It was juicy, not dry, plenty of sauce, crispy bacon, and hit the spot. Just got burgers, no sides, so I can't report on anything else.
We picked these up during a very short early AM layover while headed to Kauai. I was thankful to find a place serving something other than breakfast food at that early hour, so thumbs up on offering all day burgers. I rarely take the time to write reviews, but this may have been the best burger I've had in an airport! From skimming the other reviews when I went to write this, it seems my experience may have been unique, but this was our experience so I had to give props.
Sorry I didn't get a better photo - I didn't realize it was going to be review worthy until after a couple of bites. Sure, it's was twice the price that it would have cost outside of an airport, so I'm only comparing this to other airport burgers.
This is the spot. I was stressed after barely making it to the gate with 15 minutes before boarding my connection. I took a chance and got my food promptly and it was delicious. My customized was precisely as ordered and was fresh and tasty and the shoestring fries were crisp and perfect - chef’s kiss! Best airport meal in a while including some of the swankier places. This is an airport 5. Probably a real world 4.5 for fast food.
The burgers were not testy and so hard, which was so bad.
Would rather eat dog food
Ordered the Breakfast Bowl with no modifications and I received something that would make Fyre Festival organizers blush. The Counter should be ashamed that they are franchising their good name to this corporate commissary.

The burger was so dry, totally burned outside and had no taste. 30$ for a non-edible burger!?

Unbelievably bad burger and fries. Two people $54. Absurd.

Theft. I purchased two old school burguers. I paid $45 with united voucher. Was trying to get fries with the $5 dollars I had left. Gabriela says you lost that money. Manager Paloma was rude.

Pros: Decent quality burger
Cons: BBQ Burger did not come with barbeque sauce? Expensive, especially considering the portion sizes. Adequate fries.
Pretty much exactly what you'd expect from an airport burger.

I ordered shoestring fries and a burger. Total $30.00. When I got my fries it was not shoe string fries, so I went back to the lady I ordered it from and she says, oh yes those are just regular fries, we don't have shoestring fries. I told her she should have told me that when I ordered, her response- "I don't know that, I don't work in the kitchen!", in an annoyed tone. WHAT A GREAT ATTITUDE! NOT!... It's so unbelievable you spend $30.00 for a burger and fries in one of the busiest, most popular airport in the whole world and the customer service that comes with that price tag is absolutely awful. All I was hoping was at least an apology rather I got a very bad attitude as if I am wrong for calling her out. I live in a tiny island in the Pacific and our customer service is better! THE COUNTER, TRAIN YOUR PEOPLE BEFORE YOU PUT THEM IN THE FRONTLINE. EMBARRASING FOR YOUR BRAND!!!!
