The ice cream was delicious but the boy who served us was racist because the person who was ordering in English gave her a mix of ice cream and when we ordered ours he no longer wanted to do it, very bad service they gave us was the first and last time I went

It was 11:40pm and this young man denied us entry. The door was already locked & we couldn’t get in. He saw us standing there for a couple mins and waved us off indicating he can’t serve us anymore bc he didn’t even bother to come open us even when they are supposed to close at 12am. What a service they provide. Employees always seem to be rude and deny service this isn’t the first time we have a bad experience which just says I can no longer come here

I decide to try this place today after driving by a few times in the past and being intrigued by the name of the place. The gentleman that worked there today was super cool, he struck up a nice conversation about sloths(because I was wearing a shirt with a picture of a sloth on it) and parakeets ( because I had my pet conure, Mango on my shoulder). It was a lot of fun and the snow storm shake I got was some of the best Oreo cookie shake I have had, even better than the ones I’d often get from those chain fast food chain restaurants. As a bonus the server even gave a small scoop of vanilla ice cream for Mango since he loves ice cream. It’s very rare you get this kind o f service anywhere these days and of course as customers we still need to show the service workers some love for the hard work they do. Really enjoyed my first time visit here and I look forward to coming back in the future!

came in excited after not coming here for a while and there was a rude asian girl who was mean for no reason. We were placing our order and everything we asked her bothered her. Aside from that, the presentation wasn’t as good as this other girl with red hair. Shes so nice!!

The short girl w ponytail and nails was very rude to us for no reason. On top of that i was excited to take my brother here and they totally failed us. The guy was chill but the girl was very rude. We got there 30 mins early and she would not even heat the waffle for us made us very sad and we will never go back horrible experience.

They were not serving bubble waffles because the machine was down….is there only one waffle maker when the bubble waffle is a signature item??!! I was offered the cold packaged waffles but I declined and walked out
