I really wanted to love this restaurant specially because of all the good reviews and awards that it has but for me it was a 6 out of 10. Let me explain why, service was good not great we asked for wine twice and the first time she brought us water bottle and then the second time she only brought my partner his glass. The restaurant wasn't crowded to say it was too loud or noisy just think she wasn't paying attention. First plate was good second plate was ok she forgot...
As always; the best. I moved out of state, when I want the best LA has to offer; the Factory Kitchen is there, consistent like the old school restaurants down town restaurants. ie Rex Il Restaurante. The Tower, Chow chow in China town off the alley and a few others who are no longer with us. The service is comparable to Mexico City, like the good old days. Long live the Factory Kitchen.
Sad to see this place has fallen off. Service nosedive, food quality the same. The only thing that has gone up is the number of loud children. For the price we paid celebrating our anniversary, I can't help but feel entirely ripped off. This place used to be great!
