This intimate singer-songwriter showcase lounge boasts two stages, decent sight lines, a full bar if needed, and quality sound. The entrance is in the back, through the alley to the right of the building, which is a little tough to see on your first visit there. They don't serve food here anymore, but their website lists a menu, which is highly disappointing because I was expecting to order food here while enjoying the bands play. Their sound guy could do some more work because I can hardly tell the difference between different instruments. With a cover charge of $20 expect to pay upwards of $70+ if you also pay for $20 parking outside plus drinks. Pretty expensive for one night.
It is one of the coolest live music venues in the world.
I have booked several artists into the club over the years, to play live. I have also been to the venue regularly as an anonymous punter.
Either way its a great night out, ran by a committed staff crew, who work very hard to keep the vibe fun yet professional.
