Wife and I went here Saturday night, great food but the bartender (Delaney, had a bun) was unwelcoming and unfriendly, seemed bothered by small talk. Otherwise , good atmosphere there and would come back , look for another bartender.

I really enjoyed the DJ and environment after attending a corporate event upstairs, but the night ended horribly after the bartender decided to trauma dump on me (younger, blond, bun, facial hair, 12/14). When signing out I made a casual complimentary comment re: the DJ, since all the bartenders were hooting and hollering during his set, something along the lines of “wasn’t that a great set?”. He replied that the DJ was an awful person and said as if he were mad at ME for attempting to compliment him. I was trying to get clarification and defend myself, but he eventually went on some diatribe about how no one should treat the staff as badly as this DJ had apparently treated them, and he made ME feel bad for deigning to be positive.
I don’t need to know whatever dynamic is happening between the bartenders and DJs, and a guest should be able to say something positive about their experience without being “put in their place”. This kid has personal issues about his job and thinks it’s fine to take it out on customers. I don’t need that kind of negativity when I’m spending money at an establishment, he does not need to be public facing if he can’t control his emotions.

Wow, amazing flavor in such thoughtful small dishes. Great plates to share, large formats and a robust wine selection to match the intense menu options. Enjoyed the cocktail options, ceviche, beets three ways and most of the left side of the menu. I'm definitely coming back.
Great spot for taking friends out for an energetic dinner. Great food, nice waiter, friendly bar tender- seems we got a good night.
This is probably one of my favorite video game bars in the city!!! From Mario Kart and Killer Queen, to the older more classic games like Pac Man and Joust there is something fun for any age group (21+). The bartenders are friendly, passionate, and extremely hard working. Also featured: awesome beers on tap and food just a few short steps awwy!! Shouout to my two favorite bouncers Daniel and Justin!!!
Great joint to have an early drink with friends or to catch up with long lost friends.
Eduardo is amazing!! He created a custom drink for me without me even asking just based on a conversation! Such a great human and bartender.
Good Food Excellent service
This is a great location if you want to have a business meeting, or just get a quick drink. I was working at the Staple Center was month so I would usually come here to escape from everything and get a bit to eat & enjoy a drink. It's connected to The Ritz & inside the JW. The staff is supper nice, the bar food is actually really good.
Restaurantji Recommends
This is an ideal place that I use for business meeting while in Los Angeles, Restaurants, facilities and right near the Ritz and The Staples Center. Highly Recommended and a little oasis in the downtown desert of Los Angeles and the Mixing Room is at the center of this with some great drinks and refreshments both alcohol and non-alcohol. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED !!!
This space was closed all week. They opened for our group and it really has nice spaces for talking in small groups. Bartenders were great- not a huge selection of food so we went elsewhere for that.
This place even didn’t worth to visit! We had sit almost 30 min no one pay attention to take our order! Worse service, worse management!!! Don’t wear your time!!!!
We sat outside and the waiters helped everyone that came after and totally ignored us. We waited a good 30 min and were not asked once what would we like to order. Finally got fraustrated and went to the bar. The gentlemen there were a lot nicer and helpful. Other than that the drinks were fine and nice seating outside.
We stopped for a drink prior to the Michael Buble concert and got a free glass of red wine and bubbly pink wine with our drinks. Listened to a Buble impersonator sing with his piano band. Nice time.
