Although Tacos Gavilan is a chain, I have to give them kudos with consistency. You can go to any of their 14 SoCal locations and expect to get the same great flavor, size and customer service. The al pastor burrito slaps and is super flavorful, pair it with a hint of lemon and salsa, goooodness! They are reasonably priced and offer taco Tuesdays! Inside is always clean and service fast! Give them a try if you ever pass by one! Pre-covid they offered an amazing salsa bar, where one can get cilantro, onions, pickled jalapeno and carrots, radish and salsas. This time around I visited the drive thru but a few months back the salsa bar still wasn’t open.
