Everything about this please is GREAT, the food the customer service the inside of the business. It’s nice and clean, and the employees are very happy and helpful.

The ONLY downside is that they didn’t give me any meat on my burrito, I was starving so I wasn’t about to complain. It was a bean and rice burrito. That’s my only recommendation if you come, don’t get a burrito…. Or maybe I had a bad experience?

Great burger at a good price. I got the bacon burger meal and was pleasantly surprised. The meat, bacon, sauce and even pickles were very tasty. The fries were seasoned and tasted great. The ambience is that classic dated building and graffiti that will encourage you to avoid the restroom, but the food was great.

The food is great but they don't size in the amount that they normally would give especially with raising the price on whatever you order. Other than that it's okay it's just certain things I wouldn't buy from them anymore especially like the zucchini is the cleaning really got to wait to give you just a few for what you pay for and then now they charge for every ranch dressing extra more and more and instead of a large size and the portion of your dressing like the ranch dressing for your zucchini and stuff like that. Otherwise they okay I do make a damn good cheeseburger with extra onion and double

Vegetarian options: Fry zucchini plus salad.

Parking: The best fries. They're on fire. Always good service but they did cut back on quantity plus the price went up and the portion got smaller especially on the large size. The zucchini are the bomb but they give a smaller amount for what we pay for so I'm just going back to the farmer boy. They make greater zucchini any way.

Wheelchair accessibility: Not really good with a wheelchair or a walker. The door is hard to open especially if you're by yourself and the door is a bit hesitant to open because it's heavy and hard to hold so it's a fight to get in.

Terrible service, almost half an hour waiting for my order and asking for it. They already had it and it was even cold. To go back there noooo

Woman behind the counter not interested in being happy to greet customers. Could be more friendly.

Also, what kind of establishment does not serve white rice? Not ever buying from here. I asked for chille cheese & RICE. I was given "mexican" rice. I was not expecting that.

Nasty place to eat .becareful this place for a roach problem..order pancakes and the pancakes had roaches..so gross had to go back and get a refund.

I thought it was alr, burgers were a 7.0 and drinks like any other place good. However the place could use a bit of a clean up, no offense but tables smelled like dirty rags, windows need to be washed. Would I come again…. No

I used to love Troy’s. But these last two recent time the fries have been under cooked but this time the burger was under cooked and made me sick.
