Sean and Kel are the best. Oysters are always on point. And everyone who works here is so kind. It’s a vibe! Love it!

Don’t know about the food but unfriendly service. First they tried to place an order for double the amount of oysters requested. Then they would not let any outside food even after we placed an order with them. For a place that exists within a communal space, they weren’t communal at all.

The Water Grill absolutely has a better selection for the same price if you really care about seafood and service. Walk a few blocks and try a huge selection of oysters if that’s what you are wanting,

The shrimp cocktail is one of the best things I have ever had, anywhere. It’s my special occasion treat!

Decent pacific oysters in a nice atmosphere with friendly staff. Oysters were overall of good taste, while size was a mixed bag. We would recommend real glasses over plastic for the drinks. We received a great restaurant recommendation from the staff.

We came here around 10:40 and waited patiently and respectfully till 11 for them to open. They had taken the order of other people who arrived at 11:03 and while we were waited to be seated, the guy who i guess is the owner of the place denied us to sit down. When I asked him what was the reason, he told me that he doesn't need a reason.
I guess being an awful person doesn't require much

I was there at 11:00 am on 9/28. I must have been the first customer because the stools were still upside down. I asked if they were open and a tall young man said yes but that he first had to wipe down the tables. I patiently waited.. he finally took my order, paid him with cash and he gave me the wrong change when I explained he shorted me he got upset and when he gave me the change the second time he threw it at me… I spoke to the other person that was there and he completely ignored me. When I asked for a manager the person that attended me originally said he’s in France then he came outside the counter and tried to intimidate me by hovering around me. The oysters were fresh but the service was terrible…. Rude.

Pass on the oysters. $60 for a dozen, after tax and tip, and they’re the absolutely saltiest bivalves (Kumiai from Baja) on which I’ve had the misfortune of spending $5 a pop. Walk down to Water Grill, which is somehow cheaper, and get the good stuff. The guys in the booth are very nice, just wish they were serving quality goods for reasonable prices.

Small selection of beer. They only serve Pacifico, which helped quench our beer thirst. The staff was great.

The oysters are pacific and fantastic but the true delight was the shrimp cocktail, which was seasoned beautifully. It's actually challenging to find a really good one in this city. This place aced it. So refreshing on a hot, muggy los angeles day.

Awful Staff, not worth getting oysters here with how rude they were. Also forgot to serve me half my order. Enjoy the other places in the market.

Amazing place! Fresh oysters which have an amazing and full taste, excellent spicy tuna bowl and an amazing crew! I can definitely recommend to order the sparkling wine to combine with the oysters.

This is the bougie choice for Grand Central Market. It’s still very reasonably priced, but the best part is they have reserved seating, which in the weekends is a real plus. You can sit at their attractive round island and each pair of seats has privacy from their neighbors. You can people watch without being in the scrum itself. And who doesn’t love indulgent oysters or a poke bowl for the weekend?Hands down my favorite place.
