Still has a typical chinese vibes, covered clothed tables and chairs, private dining area, fish tank at the entrance. Came in-between lunch and dinner time and there was no one dining in person, of course we came at not a typical time for dim sum (if anything it is late, so no carts) - most were to go orders. Food was good for being at the Westside. It definitly serves to satisfy dim sum cravings. Everyone was tentative and friendly. Hope this place continues to excel. With valet, $3 parking at this time.

It's located on the second floor of a somewhat small plaza on the corner with some limited parking, but don't let that put you off from this restaurant! The seating area is clean. The dim sum was hot and delicious and the entrees were also great. They also do party trays.

Went for a private 90th birthday banquet on a rainy day. Food was excellent and service was great. We were in a private room so the elderly can hear the conversation and enjoyed the dinner. We have been to this place since 2012 for lunch, dinner, and home delivery. We only have 9 people but it was way too much food for us. We were all very happy to take a lot of food home. Sorry forgot to take photos for other dishes. They offer several different banquet set with different prices.Wheelchair accessibility: Elevator and valet parking in front of building very close to the elevator

Been coming here for so long I've almost forgotten my first visit. That says a lot for a person who truly values unique experiences.Let me say it though ... This is the most authentic dim sum west of the 405. I seriously feel like I'm in Azusa when I come here and it says a lot. From the tables and table clothes to the essential menu items and tea, it's the best way to get the full experience without making the trek to the east side.My favorites are easily the Chinese broccoli. It's perfectly steamed and comes with amazing oyster sauce that makes for a crunchy and savory way to inject your day with some stable energy. The other mandatory one for me Everytime is the stick rice in lotus leaf. The gluten of the rice blended with the egg and other ingredients in there makes for a truly savory taste that feels like you're in rural China. It's perfect.I'll always come here, especially since the valet parking makes things so easy.

Mediocre. Sesame seed balls are great but I've dined in finer places. I cannot recommend it.

Great service and most of the food is good. Some of Dim sum is not as good as it used to be and they don't bring carts around anymore.
