Very long wait between courses and taking orders. Appetizers arrived cold. Had to request service very little spontaneous service. The cost far exceeded the quality of food and service.
Service was excellent, and the food was delicious. We had lobster ravioli, which was better than most restaurants and the Seabass was very fresh.. bring a jacket. It is really cold inside.
This was our first time here and we were celebrating my husband‘s birthday and it was fabulous. Our waitress also had a birthday today the same day and we bought her a salad that she wanted and had great character.

A LA store with caricatures of famous people painted all over the store.
A famous steak restaurant. Once inside, it's amazing! It is a space of When it comes to steak, the meat is hit or miss, and the doneness has to be a notch lighter or it won't turn out the way you want it.
Maybe it's good to go once?
By the way, the manager doesn't know about Shohei Otani's existence. . Also, although he is a wonderful person with a smile on his face, (because he is a customer) I still feel a sense of American whiteism. Is it not suitable for sensitive yellows? 202409

Walk by often and decided to stop in on a Sunday evening. It was nearly empty, I wasn't sure if they were even open. Due to this, service was very attentive and I loved our cocktails. The food was hit or miss, the crab risotto and the tuna starter were disappointing, but the crab cake and my partner's mushroom risotto side were amazing. The ambiance is interesting and something to comment on, but the artwork cheapens the atmosphere imo. Also, they keep it pretty chilly in there, if you get cold easily, definitely bring a sweater!

Always a great experience at The Palm..last of the old school steakhouses and I relish everytime I visit! Impeccable service - greeted wonderfully and both the bar and dining room were just fantastic
A restaurant that has been around as long as the palm has should be able to produce a steak to order. Especially since that's what they're known for. I would love to say that I've caught them on an off night That's not the case I eat there last month with a client and have the same issue. Unable to correctly make a steak to order in this case medium plus. Very disappointing. What's worse is when they took it back all they did was re broil the original steak that I had cut in half nearly. Instead of making me a new steak. Definitely not going back not worth it

We had a celebration for our two son's headed back home and went to the Palm. Excellent service from Shell and the Team and had great appetizers followed by the always well prepared and presented steaks and added the exceptional king crag fried risotto. Best part of the meal is we “found” two old Palm gift cards that covered the entire cost of the meal, the tip was on the credit card but well deserved.
Extremely amazing restaurant in all aspects. To start, they closed at 9 and we arrived late but they still let us sit and enjoy our dinner and did not rush us at all which is greatly appreciated. The customer service was amazing, I believe the waitress name is Jackie and the gentleman that seated us both made our experience enjoyable. I highly recommend this restaurant for anyone as the variety of food is great and the quality of the food is amazing. 100/10, we will definitely be coming back.
not bad

It was great I am a lifelong fixture at the Palm (I love this place) the only complaint was the waitress didn't know about the east coast GiGi Salad (off menu) and the restaurant was really cold as far as temperature.
Excellent service. Upscale dinning.its of Frank Sinatra impeccable! If your into upscale dinning I highly recommend. It was cold restaurant provided small blankets for warmth. Definitely a ☆☆☆☆☆ experience!???
