The Powder Room is great fun. We love the location and the place is super clean and comfortable. The staff is very nice and attentive. They also have great food.
The bar is so pretty and the entire ambiance of the place is relaxing and puts you in a great mood.
The drinks are great and they have nice virgin drinks as well.
What we really love about this place is the food. We often like to go somewhere and be able to order a variety of starter type items, share it all and call that dinner. That is what we did here. Our server was the best.
We had Portobello Mushroom Risotto Croquettes
With Garlic Aioli and Roasted Red Pepper Coulis that were just devine. the House Made Purple & Gold Potato Chips With Creamy French Onion Aioli were ever so tasty and go with anything. We then moved on to the Thai deviled eggs which were some of the best we have had in LA. Their garlic fries are crisp and ever so tasty. We mixed that with the sweet potato fries and were in potato heaven. Finally a must is the
Malaysian Steak Skewers. They were just as good as any fine dinning eatery. We blew our diet, ate way more fries than we should have, but it was all worth it.
The prices are super fair. We loved all of it.
We had my husbands 65th birthday here this weekend and it was exactly what I wanted.
If you're looking for a venue in Hollywood, I highly recommend St. Felix. The @powderroomla was perfect and John was so easy to work with. It was the perfect space for our friends to gather privately and still be in walking distance to the strip.
Our bartender was GREAT! She handled a full bar perfectly. 🍸 Cheers 🍻
Be prepared. If you come here to have a few cocktails be prepared to walk out drunk as hell. This place rules!
Small bar. Awesome setting. It's so cute and has fun tiki decor. Not crowded at all when we went and so we had privacy and it wasn't super loud. Happy hour is a great time to go! Drinks are affordable and strong!
I've been to this place so many times I've lost count. This place has an amazing staff that always greet me with a smile and remember what I drink... Which isn't too hard since it's whatever Heff they've got in the house. The atmosphere is so much fun and when Rhinos bartending you're guaranteed to have a lot more than just a laugh and good time. Weekends the DJ plays great music and always tries to accommodate any request made within reason... It is a tiki bar.
What a cool place. I don't drink - you don't have to have a good time there - but even I was amazed at how cool the drinks looked. They have indoor and outdoor spaces for any preference regardless of the weather. And I don't sing, either - but even I was impressed by their karaoke song selection. It's a terrific place to hang out after watching a show in the Theater District or just meet a friend or both. Looking forward to coming back.
Went here last night to try their Scorpion Bowl and was not disappointed. Atmosphere is definitely more of a sit-down bar than a club, but if you're looking for a night with your ladies, look no further. And if you read this review and decide to try it, I'm not responsible for how much you might end up consuming and regretting later.
Amazing service food was delicious :) had my birthday here and it was the perfect romantic way to celebrate. Shout out to Alex our server was great. the service was great the food was amazing.
Slight fly problem at the outside bar but it's because they make everything for the drinks in house. This is a great place to take a date and have a conversation. The vibe is mellow, lots of greenery, cozy, and the drinks make you feel like you've won the day. Someone take me back
From what I've read, Apothéke is an expansion of a cocktail bar rooted in New York. So where did they situate their newest establishment? In Chinatown, of all places. Not the part that we might rush to think of, it's actually in a section of Chinatown no one would ever assume it to be. From the looks of it, that area might be the newest hot spot too - in due time.

Found a cool spot down the street from hotel Ali was an Amazing bartender hooked up my Lychee Martinis OMG we celebrated our 29yr Anniversary here bumping to 90s and cool vibe loved it
Whenever I walk past The Powder Room, it's always loud, packed and crowded. Still true. Came around 5:30 and it was already poppin. Specifically came for happy hour, and it was mediocre. Drinks weren't very strong and while we were at the bar, it was hard to get anyone's attention. I can see how the location is convenient but nothing impressive.
I can't remember the last time I enjoyed my cocktail this much! I couldn't decide on what to order and truly appreciated how helpful the bartender was during my first visit. This place has one of a kind beverages and a funky atmosphere with a unique crowd.
Love loveThe Powder Room! The ambiance is everything and more. We stumbled upon this place while staying at a nearby hotel. We couldn't resist walking in after seeing the chic stylish decor. The customer service is a 10 out of 10. If you're nearby, this is must try.
Great find in Lower Nob Hill. We popped in randomly on a Saturday night for nightcaps and we were so impressed! These bartenders are top notch. The drink menu is very creative. As a gin lover, I had the Ethereal Pause and it was fantastic. If I lived here, this would be my bar.
