We ordered the jajjangmyeon and tangsuyuk when we came in. The tangsuyuk was good but we noticed the pork in the jajjangmyeon had a funky and sour taste to it so we called the waiter over. He went back to the kitchen to taste the pork and came out to tell us there was nothing wrong with it even though we insisted it tasted off in our dish. He stated again that nothing is wrong with it and walked away.
This made us very uncomfortable as we did not want to keep eating the food and potentially get food poisoning. We had to call him over a second time and ask him to take the dish back and remove it from our bill.
The least he could have done initially, was to apologize, take our bowl back, and offer to make us a fresh one.
We have been here 3 times before and had no issues. Due to the poor service and lack of courtesy we experienced, they have lost our business. We will not be returning again.

This seafood jjambbong restaurant specializes in large portions and generous portions. The broth is delicious, and the texture of the freshly made noodles is simply exquisite. I tried the jjajangmyeon and tangsuyuk, and both were delicious.
I highly recommend it. However, parking can be a bit tricky during lunch hours. Street parking is metered and has a one-hour limit. After your meal, you can enjoy a cup of coffee at the adjacent coffee shop.
Ordering is convenient, as the kiosk is available. Keep in mind that it can take a while for your food to arrive.

The most enjoyable Korean food I've had in a while. After living in Seoul for 2 months, sometimes I forget how lucky we are that ktown exists and this place does too.

Seafood Jjam Ppong: GETTTT
This was the star of the show and omg the perfectly spicy and bright flavors will make your day and make you do the happy dance with every bite.

Jajangmyeon (black bean noodles): GET!
This was flavorered so well and the perfect amount of savory and creaminess. This is probably my favorite Korean dish and this place does it justice.

Sweet and sour pork: Get
I've had a lot of places recently and this place does it well. A good balance of sweet and sour where one doesn't overpower the other. It could use a touch more flavor though

Ofc like any other LA spot, parking can be touch but there's a small lot in front

Honestly the portion was huge with such a good price. One portion was enough for both of us. Restaurant is pretty small but very modern!

This is the best jjamppong I’ve had in the U.S.! Both the jajangmyeon and sweet and sour pork were incredibly flavorful. I ordered takeout, and the packaging was neat and made everything easy to enjoy. It was so delicious, I forgot to take a photo! If you’re looking for authentic Korean-style Chinese food in L.A., I highly recommend this place. The restaurant is clean, and the staff is very friendly!

I loved the combos they offered. I was able to have jjajangmyeon and tangsuyuk. We also ordered the brisket jjambong which was smoky and delicious. The service was excellent and the k-pop music gave an excellent vibe.

Super underrated and delicious spot that does three of the most essential Korean Chinese dishes. The owner is super sweet and friendly and made sure that we had a pleasant and delicious meal. Their seafood jjambong is dank and filled with every seafood you can think of. Highly highly recommend!

This spot’s become one of my favorite spots in LA. They don’t skimp out on the seafood, and the flavor of the broth is deep and rich. The staff was super attentive and extra careful to my friend’s allergy concerns too. Great food, very kind staff— it’s a must-go spot!
