Red Chickz never disappoints! The chicken is a straight 10/10 — crispy, flavorful, and always fresh. The sides are just as fire, definitely another 10/10. Big shoutout to Anthony for the amazing customer service. Super friendly, helpful, and made the whole experience even better. Highly recommend this place!

The food was 10/10…from the chicken to the sides, all was excellent! And the customer service was just as good! Anthony was very inviting and knowledgeable and answered all of our questions when trying to make a decision on the menu! We will be back when visiting LA!

Ordered chicken strips, medium heat and they were crunchy, juicy and delicious! The breading is 🔥 and the whole things pairs deliciously with their smokey honey mustard bbq sauce. Would definitely eat there again. Worth the drive into LA for $2 Thursdays!

I placed my order online and they even confirmed it as soon as I got there. Told me they were working on it twice. By the third time I approached them they said they were just beginning to work on my order after 40 minutes. It doesn't take 20 minutes to change the oil specially when they're still serving out orders to later customers. Then after I told them to refund it, they printed out an order receipt but no actual refund was done until i did it through my account. Big dude with short hair on the register was just smirking the whole time. 👍👍

Every single time I order online for this place it is always missing food/sauces. Every. Single. Time. And i can never get a hold of them. I have ordered so many times just expecting it to be correct once and I have NEVER had that exprtience. I also can’t get reimbursed because it’s done through 3rd party service. I love their food, but I just want my order to be fufilled. I have lost so much money from ordering here and not receiving my full order. PLEASE FIX THIS.

tried Red Chickz and honestly it lived up to the hype. The chicken was crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside, and had that perfect Nashville-style heat without being overwhelming. The spice levels are no joke, so you can pick how hot you want it, which is great if you’re with friends who can’t handle too much heat.

The food was so delicious from the bread to the chicken the coleslaw and Macncheese. Everything was professional and came out so good. It was worth the drive for sure and Anthony was super friendly and helpful and recommended really good flavors. Definitely a must try if you live in or near DTLA.
