Quaint little community run coffee house. Got stuck waiting for a ride in the area so I walked over to check it out. Greeted warmly upon walking in. Pressured selections and decided to ask if one of their teas, which was not in the menu as an iced tea, was available iced. She gladly obliged to make it and what I ended up with is the best iced tea ever. Tangerine Ginger iced tea! So good. The AC is a little under powered so the tiny dining room is a little warm. The sandwich a guy nearby was having looked good and the way he bit his finger as he ate it makes me think it's pretty darn good. All in all a great little spot with basic offerings and great service. The kind of place that makes you feel glad you spent a little money at. .

I love the ROCK! Nice community spot. Best cappuccinos in the game. It's a great spot to relax and start your day.

Great service and chill vibes! Loved the latte and avocado toast. They are very dedicated to the community and do alot of awesome things for the neighborhood.

A favorite stop every time I am in town! Great coffee (loved their rendition of a Pumpkin Spice Latte), had a nice breakfast of BIPOC owned oatmeal, and enjoyed the relaxing vibe of the shop. Staff is excellent and attentive, too. I will be back!

Coffee ROCKS!! Service is quick. Place is clean and modern. I went on a Sunday and there was church/service in the building, music and singing can be heard at the cafe. Depends on you if this is annoying or a welcome distraction. I had the oat milk latte and they nailed it good!

In a little quiet area of Eagle Rock lies this cute little coffee shop that welcomes you with it's easygoing atmosphere and seating. If they were ambitious, they would tear the wall that's a community space and add more seating and more customers. But they don't vibe that way. Their coffee (Cappucinos in particular) are delicious along with their pastries but hope you're lucky to snatch a cinnamon bun, Croissant, or coffee cake cuz they sell out quickly. Their coffee cake in particular is fascinating. It's so moist and fluffy that one day I forgot to eat it and had left it in the paper bag it was put in. The bag had been soaked through! This only happens with Philly Cheesesteaks right? It can't be grease right? Must be the oil? Well whatever it is, it's delicious! So I would try it out. They have books and board games if you wanna have something to do but I've mostly only seen people there to chat and work. The staff is also very friendly although there was one bespectacled man who screamed at an old lady who worked there who asked him to come take my order. I didn't like that. So apart from that incident, check this place out if you wanna try their delicious coffee cake or like me, are doing reviews of coffee shops in the area.

The latte was very watered down and the staff are not friendly. Perhaps time of day and weather conditions have dictated their moods but suffice to say I will never be going back. With all the choices of coffee shops in eagle rock they should try a bit harder. CheerS.

I went inside this place and they thought I was a homeless person, felt offended. They wanted to readily offer me pipe water so I took my iPhone and wallet out my pocket and ordered the bottle water. Persons in the past were more friendlier.

Been coming here for a long time - pretty much since they opened. I was looking for a location to film a short that I was directing. I came in to get coffee and fell in love withe their "loft"-looking location, friendly staff, and even the rec center next door. The owner Stephen and I have been friends ever since and he gave us a good rate to film here.Coffee are terrific and they also have some tasty food items! They play good music too. The central wood-slab table even has grommets where you can plug in your laptop and charge your usb devices while you work. It is also never super crowded and you always feel welcome. The rec center just next door (enter through coffee shop) also has tutoringn for students and Zumba classes. They also show free movies on some Fridays with free popcorn. There are chairs and comfy sofas there too so you can sit, relax and get lost in your laptop as you work.Cannot recommend this place more! It is my ALL-TIME favorite shop!- Neil

Mid day not much in way of bakery goods. I think i read they carry Homeboy Bakery goods. My snickerdoole latte was without Carmel, so it was not as my tastebuds envisioned. I will try again, everybody as an off day.Nice view from the communal table. There is another room, larger with table's for four and a couch. So a very nice location for studying or in my case to craft/rubberstamp.Nice friendly staff too.
