Came here for some fresh seafood. You can't go wrong by coming here because the shoppe provides high quality products. It's a tiny gem of Noho. I got myself some scallops and shrimp. So worth it. It may be a bit pricey, but it's worth it for high quality and fresh products. It's a gorgeous little shoppe you don't want to miss.

Can't possibly recommend this place enough! ? I am actually a little embarrassed it took me this long to find The Seafood Shop when 1.) I LOVE sashimi & 2.) I already knew about LA Seafood Direct. After many months of denying myself sashimi because the salmon prices at my usual stores are now out of my comfort zone (not to mention the tuna was always a coin toss as far as freshness goes), I actually stumbled upon this shop when trying to find the hours for LA Seafood Direct - that's when I saw a photo of a sign on their door advertising their "new retail shop." I was so excited to go, I ended up stopping in just hours after I saw that haha.Prices are astonishing low for how high the quality is. The sashimi grade wild salmon is only like $17.99 a lb, & it is so incredibly fresh & delicious you almost can't believe it. The tuna at $25 a lb is also a steal when you take quality into consideration. Some other places miiiight have marginally cheaper tuna, but I promise you it won't be anywhere near as satisfying or tasty as what you can get here!Besides other fresh & frozen seafood, they also carry a nice selection of Smoking Goose products, some cheeses, caviar, & condiments. There's also some prepared foods & ready to eat sashimi. Service is always extremely friendly & knowledgeable.I love this place so much & am always looking forward to my next visit! Go support these guys! ❤️

My son was actually the one who discovered this nice and cozy place when I asked him to search for a restaurant we can eat at. I was surprised that it was a small shop and not a sit down place where you can eat. My son said they have good reviews on their lobster rolls so we gave it a try and ordered 3 lobster rolls. The owner of the shop was very nice and friendly and they're Filipino and family owned. She said that she runs the shop with her kids. They have a very nice selections of European products. While waiting for our freshly prepared lobster rolls that came with a bottle of Italian drinks, I browsed and bought some items. I bought their truffle honey, black truffle butter and a box of their truffle Mac and cheese. I would have bought more but the only thing I don't like about their shop was that there were no price tags on their items. I have to ask her how much every time I find something I want. Luckily, we're the only one in the store but I don't want to keep on asking. Lol. My sons can't wait to eat them so they ate it in the car on the way home while we're stuck in traffic. I was so jealous since all I can hear from them were moaning and praising how good it tasted and they were right. I ate the lobster rolls which came in 2 rolls with yummy potato chips. I'm not a sandwich or roll person but I finished them both and wanting more. It was delicious! A lot of lobsters with celery and just the right amount of Mayo. I was also surprised that they gave us candies and chocolates!! Thank you so much! Even though they are far from me (20 miles away), I will definitely go back and recommend them to everyone who wants a good lobster rolls or looking for a good charcuterie and seafood items. Street parking wasn't bad either. There were a few metered parking at front and street parking around the corner next to Starbucks.

Great place to shop for all the foodies and chefs in your life. I stopped by this morning to pick up a few of my favorites to make gift baskets for my foodie friends. Love the selection on specialty imported items. You will find so many unique products here.Great service, beautiful store.

TL;DR: The freshest and most reasonably priced lobster rolls you will find in The Valley! Friendly vibes!PARKING: It's off Lankershim, so it's all street parking. It's not usually an issue finding a spot! AMBIENCE: The storefront is pretty unassuming. I wasn't sure where it was at first, but once you find it, it feels like you're in a comfortable family-run fish store... with moody/clean/dark/friendly vibes. I know those all sound a little contradictory, but that's my description of it. You'll understand when you see it! They have a lot of different fish products there too, canned and fresh. Just FYI though, this is the kind of place you would take food out rather than sit and eat since this is more like a store!FOOD: The main attraction in my opinion is the lobster roll! It's almost like it's actually 2 lobster rolls but they are PACKED with lobster. And the lobster manages to retain a ton of flavor, and it doesn't feel like it is soaking in mayo. It just tastes fresh and flavorful. It's so delicious. I crave it relatively often!SERVICE: I usually call ahead to order a lobster roll. They are SO friendly! And something I've really appreciated is they actually bypass the "tip" function on the cash register. It's the FIRST time I've ever WANTED to tip since they're always very friendly and chat a little, but they didn't let me add it! That was a pleasant surprise. I will continue to come here whenever my lobster craving strikes again!

I stopped by to try their lobster rolls. You get two smaller sized rolls on toasted buttered buns (Maine style) with chips and a drink for $25. Good deal for the quality as it was delicious. I also picked up fresh clams and oysters and a few charcuterie. Nice store, service, and high quality items.

What a great spot! If you are looking for a really solid seafood, as well as if you are having a charcuterie board night, really intense, nice and fresh seasonings, a small selection of cheese, with a large selection of jams, oils, frozen fish, fresh fish, artisan crackers, dried things. This place is amazing. The pictures do not do it justice. It is organized and clean and they also have a lobster roll that is to die for!

Stopped by here for the first time during CicLAmini! They were advertising an AMAZING deal -- lobster roll with chips & a drink for $12.99. The price was so good, I couldn't NOT go for it. I'm not sure if this is an all the time thing they do or if it was just a special for the event, but I told everyone I know to go get one!Roll was Maine style, and although I prefer Connecticut style, it was great -- at that price, you can't beat it. I was super happy to be shown the shop because it's adorable and the seafood selection looked fantastic. I'm definitely excited to come back here.Cute family owned spot, too. Adorable little girl giving out free samples of salmon pate. Kind service from everyone!

FILIPINO OWNED!!!First off let me tell you that if your a tin fish addict like me, this is the place for you. They have a great selection of canned fish you can't find at your local supermarket. Leriza is so sweet and passionate about her business. I also ordered the lobster roll which was sooooo good.

Drove from Arcadia to get some meats/fish for the weekend. Called Friday to ensure they would be open and to reserve if necessary. I was guaranteed that they would be open and had everything in stock. On Saturday I went at 12:45pm and it was closed. The sign on the outside said they would return at 11am. I waited outside for 20mins to see if someone would come back but unfortunately no one did. I called and no one picked up the phone either.
