This place has become my favorite! I always receive excellent service and delicious food, even during the busiest hours. Despite the constant crowd, the staff always manages to handle the flow of customers and provide fast service. I really enjoy the sandwiches and tasty snacks they serve here. You can always feel that the food is made with love and attention to detail. Without a doubt, this place is worth a visit

Stumbled upon this place getting gas on the way out of Los Angeles. Wide variety of snacks and drinks for grab and go. Also a nice menu to chose from. I got a bean and cheese burrito and it was delicious. There did appear to be only one person working so if there’s a longer line expect more of a wait. Great place to grab a sandwich or burrito when on the go. If I lived closer I could see this being “my spot”.

Our Server Savannah at the Marina Del Rey location was/is AMAZING. She made my first time at Shake Shack memorable. I will definitely come back because of her, the food is awesome too...

Okay I only ever get a bagel here but lemme tell you, they have some good bagels. The one problem I see with this spot is the prices, everything about $1.50-$3.00 more than it should be. Almost &17.00 sandwiches before tax. I’m sorry no.

The only positive thing I can say is that they have a large assortment of items that they offer, however we paid $28 for a cup of cold mixed vegetables, bland (I only asked not to make them super spicy) and two slices of bread with the thinnest chicken breast I’ve ever encountered at a restaurant. We asked for a chicken sandwich without pickle and lettuce/tomato. The chicken sandwich alone (no chips, no side items, nothing) = $15.95.
When I went back inside to ask if they really meant to sell the sandwich with such a tiny / thin slice of chicken, they said yes, we have a new boss and he makes us charge for this much for this small portion.
When I asked for an extra portion of chicken they said they would charge six extra dollars. Which means that the price I paid originally = $15.95 - $6 = included $9.95 for two slices of bread ?
The owner came out apologized and said there was a new cook and they do cut the chicken breast in half but the cook made the sandwich too thin.
At first I was relieved thinking they actually were decent humans and would give me a normal size chicken breast so I could feed my child.
Turns out they rearranged the same size sandwich and repacked it and handed it back to me, letting me think that they actually handed me more which they did NOT.
Honestly I think it’s outrageous to take advantage of people and charge so much and give so very little. All the food was bland, absolutely tasteless.
I know we live in an economy where everybody’s hurting and every thing has gone up in price, but this was blatant disrespect and taing advantage of customers.
20 seconds later another customer who had ordered a pizza for two friends came in and asked for ranch dressing. The restaurant charged three dollars each for these tiny cups of ranch dressing, the size of a ketchup side item at a fast food restaurant. The man needed three, one for each person. = $9 ?They were about to hand it back when one of their friends said he was in a hurry and really hungry so the other man decided to pay for it.
also, as this little deli is situated right on the property of a gas station, and has plenty of customers driving by, I don’t believe he has to bend over backwards to get customers.
bottom line, a total disappointment. We’re both still very hungry and out of nearly $30.00
this could’ve been a highlight in our day and instead it’s been an utter disappointment (and I hate complaining, I love to give compliments where they are due, but this was not it! ?)
