I love the sycamore kitchen. It is such a neighborhood gem. Serving reliable fresh delicious food, warm service and lovley patio. It’s a combination you simply can’t find in LA all the time.
the most perfect toast:
Thin deliciously crispy, almost cracker like bread (but not tough or chewy)
A thin layer of crème fraiche
Perfectly sized avocado slices
A layer of extremely tender lox
Thin sliced hard boiled egg
Radishes cut so thin you can see through them that were wonderfully crunchy
Seasoned with salt, pepper, crushed capers, dill and olive oil.
The only thing that could have made it...
