But I think they might be warming their enchiladas too high in the microwave?

I hate I was charged extra for chicken in my Combo plate. I was not informed that there was an extra charge as I ordered. In most Mexican restaurant it's either chicken or beef with no extra charge; there's an extra charge for seafood.

Simply, the best Mexican restaurant on the West side of town. Savory cuisine served by wonderful, venerable waitstaff. A very good bar with one of the better Margaritas in town.
Plates were way way too hot. Temperature wise. The waitress was a little slow but friendly. I had not gone here in a few years. I remember the food being very tasty. Maybe the chef went to work next door at Don Antonio's Mexican food. Food seems to take longer to get to you. It's probably from all the phone/App orders.
Parking: Parking seems to be limited in the back to about 4-5 cars now because they added a patio area in the back because of COVID. It's the only reason why I gave them 4 ✨.

Came here to hang out after watching a soccer game, and watch the Mexico game. Such a fun environment. I had a regular Margarita, which was good, but the spicy cucumber was AMAZING! Highly recommend. We also had the garlic shrimp, and steak fajitas, and this was really great the steak fajitas had such an amazing flavor and my bf loved the garlic shrimp. My son had the Talpa Special burrito, and he loved it, was big so he couldn’t finish it. We will be returning.

Good service, but food has no flavor. The Chile Colorado was just meat with sauce, but no actual seasoning it seemed. Even taco meat was blah. The burrito so so. Only thing that was decent was chips and salsa but would not recommend and would not return

Celiacs beware: the fajitas are made with teriyaki sauce and that is not mentioned on the menu.
