The food was good but the staff when we arrived at 830 on Friday was incredible. They really did a good job making us feel welcome.

We had the BEST time here!! We went for dinner and a night of karaoke. The food was delicious and the service was truly second to none. Be sure to try the ravioli appetizer…to die for. The staff took such good care of us; everyone was so welcoming and helpful. The space itself is beautiful, too. Fun decor, big and open dining room and each karaoke room has its own theme. Our group of 8 was very comfortable and felt well taken care of. I can’t wait to come back! Officially one of my favorite spots in LA. Thank you for a great night!!

Parking can be a bit of a headache unless you grab a spot in the lot off Mariposa, but once you pass that hurdle, I think it is worth it though once you’re inside. You check in at the entrance, they check your ID , and head downstairs to this sleek underground bar and karaoke setup. The vibe is fun and a little upscale, which doesn't mean you have to dress upscale. The bartenders and servers are absolutely fantastic; super attentive all night and overall great cocktails.

We booked one of the private karaoke rooms, which was perfect for our group which I think went for $40, might be wrong. You can use their built-in song system or just pull up YouTube. Our group went the YouTube route and it worked great for what we needed or wanted to sing.

Food-wise, a bit hit or miss. The gochujang wings had a nice spicy kick and crispy texture, but the chicken itself tasted a little too frozen. Mac and cheese was fine, nothing special, although I think it had too many breadcrumbs. The winner for us were the chicken nachos. Calamari was okay and the dipping sauce it came with was really meh. Desserts were surprisingly good though, so end on that note.

Overall, the service was great, awesome karaoke setup, decent food. Heads up, gratuity’s included, but still tip your bartenders, they really make the night.

I rented a private room for 18 people for my birthday, and we had a blast! The staff was very attentive and patient with us (despite it being a large and chaotic group). They have YouTube connected to the rooms up so you can literally grab any karaoke song you want (and not be stuck with whatever’s in “the book”). Parking is also easy - there is a parking structure that costs $1.99 with validation - a dream deal for K-town! They were also very responsive to my emails ahead of time which helped with planning. Would definitely recommend for a birthday or latge group gathering!

My friends and I have been coming to this place for karaoke for years. They’ve always been a bit serious with security (walking past rooms and checking you’re not doing anything you’re not supposed to) and it’s usually fine but the this last time we went it felt like a microaggression. I felt like every time we looked at the door, there was a worker just walking by staring at us. We were suddenly “interrupted” multiple times under the guise of them checking that we were doing fine, but again, it was more than obvious they were just trying to catch us doing something. I literally don’t know what.
The last straw was one of the workers suddenly coming into the room and looking through our table, telling us he was “looking for a receipt” or something. Again, not SUBTLE at all. I’m not sure if they saw four brown girls and they thought we’re doing something illegal?
I can’t fathom what we could’ve possibly done to get that treatment but we felt uncomfortable the whole night. It’s so sad because we genuinely loved this place and have been coming for years, but after this experience we won’t be back :(
