Came here to celebrate a best friends birthday party. We all had a great time. The karaoke rooms were really clean and spacious. We had 13 people for our party and still very comfortable. Only drawback is, if you want to sing any English or Spanish music you have to look it up on YouTube and hope you find a karaoke version of your song. Drinks are pretty pricey as well, but once your in the groove, you kinda forget. Check it out for yourself.

The good: For Karaoke, The Venue is very well organized, they have tons of rooms which were very comfy with great AC. The staff was super helpful accommodating some special requests in our group. The bad: the tech is very old. The sound quality is great but the control is about the size of a text book, hard to make sense of, and complicated. If you want to be the only person who understands how to use it and keep control all night, this might be for you. But there's no way to search the entire catalogue of songs, or to reorder the queue, or to do anything easily. You have to be near the control center for it to work, punch the buttons firmly, etc. If you understand written korean then you may have an easier time of it.
They had most of the current pop songs but a bunch of songs I wanted they did not have.
I would not return when there are so many other options in the area to try.

The rooms and food are great but the Karaoke system is lacking. Everyone in the room sharing one device to search and add songs takes way too long and wasted time in-between songs. The remote was very finicky if it wasn't pointed directly at the system. Other karaoke rooms I've been to use a QR system that everyone can scan and connect to the room to search and reserve songs in the queue. I hate that you can't browse through a list of available songs and had to type in to search one by one.

My partner and I stopped by for the Valentine’s Day dinner, and the food was extremely below average and overpriced. We were limited to the Valentine’s Day menu, which we expected for the holiday, but the food options were disappointing and simply not good. I would suggest stopping by The Venue for their karaoke but not for their food.

I had a terrible experience at the venue the employees was very racist to the ones that aren’t their own kind and we felt as if we were rushed.. ex the guy James came in the room while we were sorting out the bill and he proceeds to say “ well where’s the check” in a very rude matter. There was another employee by the name of tung or Chung he was also very rude this isn’t how you treat people of color or anybody.. the venue needs to work on their customer service skills. 5/10
