So we get here at 12 and barely opening up, site says open at 9 am.Finally takes our order while on his phone. So we ordered paid and came back 12 minutes later and still hasn’t even started 2 sandwiches. They are now bringing in grocery store purchased food. So maybe he didn’t have the ingredients to make 2 simple sandwiches, but could have let us know, but was to busy w his personal phone call to have the decency to let us know it will be 30 minute wait ?Ended up being 25 minutes for the basic sandwiches.

The food here is great. So far, I like everything I've tried. My favorite is the sandwiches. I'm definitely coming back here to eat when I'm in the area.

Tucked away on the western side of Vine Street, just below Fountain Ave, resides The Vine Street Deli. With dozens of choices between entrée, sandwiches, coffees, teas, smoothies, and more, I decided to go for a goat cheese and chicken sandwich and an eggplant dip as starter. Both of them were phenomenal dishes. I ate and cleaned and scraped the bottom of the plates to savor those rich flavors one more time. Not only was my hunger more than satiated, but I was left satisfied, and elated of the foods I just consumed. The lady working, which I assume was the owner of the place, was kind and welcoming. The warm lights, wooden staircase, loft, and furniture, give the place a relaxing, charming, and quite atmosphere. This was my first time there, but it surely won't be the last.

This place is so good!! I've gotten 6 different things on their menu and it's always delicious. Veggies, bread, and meat always super fresh, great quality ingredients. Fan for life!!!

Absolutely excellent food! Large portions and very reasonably priced! We just stumbled on it while in town for a concert. If I lived near, I would eat here regularly.

The Mushroom and swiss burger was painfully good. It was a magic culinary experience. One bite and I instantly felt guilty. At least I got a side salad which was as light and healthy as the burger was decadent. It will be difficult to drive past this cafe without stopping

The Sign on the window says Vine Street Cafe, so don't be confused. I had a great falafel, and the house-made chocolate cookie and chocolate brownie were also great, with excellent service.
